In response to you r #1= Do you really think i give a shit about what Trent Dilfer says??????? No, but if we are talking about him I will give my opinion on him. We are both apart of a Bears opinion site, i gave my opinion on a dickhead who gives his opinion on a Bears player, i think we can all agree that Trent really more so than others has taken the most shots at Cutler. If you dont want to talk about opinion why are you here????? You are right sometimes the best are wrong and worst are right every now and again. Trent has been the most vocal in ripping Cutler, I disagree with him. Does it matter what Trent says or I say or anyone says no. 2.= Him knowing more about football than you actually helps my point. It is not hard to see what was wrong with our Offense last year and the year before. Martz scheme with a very very very weak Oline and very weak WR corp is not going to do well. We were 7-3 with Cutler, Trent still talked a lot of smack about Cutler way more than Cutler deserved, now does Cutler have things he needs to improve on? Yes for sure, but what I really do not agree with is the amount shots he took and what some of his shots were. Now Trent Dilfer sees that Cutler has a true #1 WR so he changes his tune on Cutler, had the Bears not traded for BM do you think Trent would be saying Cutler is going to join the elite group this year. I guess he doesnt want to eat crow this season. I hope Cutler does make him eat crow this year. Then we will all be celebrating all season long!!!!

Ryan Leaf was a first round draft pick, there are many more that were first round draft picks based on their talent and not their football IQ. The ravens did not win that SB because of Trent Dilfer, he sucked, he made bad throws and bad decisions, the only reason they won that superbeowl is because of their D, and i guess a good run game. I do not agree with a lot of things that Trent Dilfer says, is he credible sure but not because he was a frist round draft pick and not because he was on a Superbowl winning team, because he played highschool, college and NFL football. He has a lot of experience ill give him that.

i cant agree more, I didnt think ol Tent "i sucked but won a SB with the 2nd best D in the history of the NFL so i think i know what im talking about" Dilfer would ever say a good thing about Cutler. Even tho he may giving Cutler props now i still hate his guts, he is uber douche!!!!!

Bryce Brown, i follow the college recruiting and he was a stud coming out of HS, then he made some bad decisions. His freshman year highlights look good. So hard to tell what type of shape he is in and if he can still play. If he is not drafted give him a try out. You never know.

Leading up to the start of FA I was pumped with all the talk of the Bears leading for Mario Williams and then BAM the Beast is traded to the Bears!!! I think for the options that were out there for WR this was by far the best route. The Forte stuff as of late sucks but has kept me tuned in. All the other news around the NFL has also been crazy!! Petyon Manning, the bounty, the total kick to the nuts to the Saints, Tebow to the Jets, oh wait not to the jets and now back to the Jets. Shit has been crazy!!!

I agree Forte shut up and be a man, everyone knows you want a long term deal. I want him to get a long term deal. I also agree with your comments on Olsen, worry about yourself and the Panthers. It looks like the Bears and Forte may be a long way apart. Or the Bears just dont want to pay him that much. Either way the Tag is apart of the NFl agreed upon by the owners and players. It sucks that Forte has to deal with it but it is what it is. He will make 7.7 million this year and if he gets tagged again he would make another 9 to 10 million. 16- 17 million is not bad for 2 years if the Bears tag him twice which is their right to do. That is 16-17 guranteed as well. If they sign a long term deal what do you think he would get in guranteed money???18-20??? So he made 500,000 last year now if they cant get a deal done he will make 7.7 million. Cry me a river. I hope they get a deal done that is good for both parties. Forte's feelings have been hurt starting with JA and now it looks like Emery feels the same way about Forte in regards to Forte's contract. Who knows what is going on inside Halas hall, i thought for sure they would have had Forte wrapped up by know. just to give an overview pumped about the Beast! couldnt believe they only gave up 3 rd's, found out while in Disney world with the kids feels they can play with anybody when healthy, feels that maybe by adding another guy or two thro the draft they should be set BM is huge addition, hears he is a great teammate Talked Cutler up as being a stud Forte should be excited, BM will open up the run game for him still not 100% from the injury, cant golf yet, said he has not really pushed it too hard( i found strange). repeated twice that he has done what the trainers have asked and that he will be ready when he needs to be. only thing that rubbed me the wrong way is that he is not rehabing his knee that hard. He is getting older and needs to be in the best shape possible, why is taking it easy on rehabing??? To be in the best shape possible he needs the knee to be 100% as fast as possible. Once 100% he needs to take his ass back up into the mountains to train like the did a couple of years ago. he had a great year after that.

I would think that if you put Hester in the slot and ran a bunch of crossing routes there will not be a lot of players that will be able to cover him running across the field. And if you clear out the opposite side of the field you will give Hester some room to work out inthe open field and we all know what he can do in the oprn field. With Marshal in the mix the Bears have to get Hester the ball with room to work.

This makes me feel a little warm and fuzzy inside. Big thing to take in count, i feel we are in a catch 22 here. Carmi may not be able to stay healthy and even if Williams is put in at LT we possibly have 2 OT spots left up in the air. If Willkiams cant perform at LT then you have to put him back at the RG spot because he has performed well there. Carmi's knee should be a major concern, if he cant stay on the field then RT is going to be screwed. So if the worst case happens we could have LT and RT being screwed. Webb sucks and can only be a backup in my eyes. If Williams sucks then he can be plugged in at G. The only way to be safe is drafting a T that could play G so that if Williams and Carmi pan out you plug the new T in at G and you are all set. This tho takes the drafting BPA in the first out of the running unless you feel that in the 2nd you could get a T that could play both T and G.

Sorry i thought i got the point across, worried that Emery is thinking the same way JA did. This would be the norm with JA, nothing really being done with the OL. With Emery i thought we would see more action or at least more interviews with some potential OL in FA. But all we know now is the Herrera has been interviewed and that is it.

JA said last year they were happy with the Oline unit as a whole and that it would take time for them to gel as a unit. Everyone else has been calling for an upgrade to he Oline for the last 4 to 5 years. The last decent oline we had was 06 when Thomas Jones and Benson had a good year. Emery takes over and the only big thing that has been done was the Marshal trade. Two things that we know- Williams and Carmi are coming back. This will help the oline unit as a hole. We dont know if Williams is being put back at LT as stated in another thread. My major concern is the LT spot. Webb in my eyes is not good enough to be a starter and should only be a backup in case someone goes down. RT- Carmi= im good to roll with him RG- Louis= im good to roll with him' C- Garza= im good to roll with him RG- Williams= Im good to roll with him here- thought he played well there before his injury RT- Webb= needs to be replaced. Now if Williams is being moved here then the RG needs to replaced. Last year we had both our first round OL picks go down with injuries and the oline unit as a whole went to complete crap. Cutlers ablitly to scrammble made the unit look better than it really was. Once Cutler went down we really saw how bad the unit was as a whole. So what has me worried is that nothing has been done to upgrade the oline, starter or backups. Is Emery only going to try to upgrade the oline in the Draft??? If they darft a LT then IF the rest of the oline stays healthy we should be alright. That is a big IF. The reports only have said that Herrera has been spoken too. If Emery is thinking that the oline is needed to be upgraded dont you think he would have talked to more OL then him??? Im not freaking out at this point but would have liked to see more action then what we haev seen so far.

After reading the article one thing that sticks out to me, she did not go to an emergency room, but after the fact she has gone to seek medical attention and has vision problems. prolly advised to do so by her attorney. I hope there is video of the entire incident that shows the truth. either way if he did hit her or not, i do not want there to be any question. If he did hit her that sucks and he will be sitting out games. If that is the case he better get help, I mean weekly sessions with a DR. If he didnt hit her then thank the lord and lets start talking about FOOTBALL!!!!! The trade is done, so we are left with whatever did happen.

most clubs have camera's to protect themselves, I would be surprised if this one does not. My friends and I used to go to BonV all the time, Casey Urlacher ran the club. My boys GF worked there so we became friends with Casey. He would watch us get black out drunk and come tells us to settle down almost every night. The joke was once Casey saw us enter he knew we had about 2 hours before he would be telling us to settle down. There should be video of the whole incident unless they do not have cameras outside.
