That's what I like about this leadership, I think you can see what they plan to do , they're not misleading people but also he leaves the options open for unknown reasons to change. Any other choices he made, he gave the same vibes.

I think the statement ( same old Bears) is dead. Different people ate running the franchise now. There's no guarantee the results end up different but they are signs its going in a good direction. Poles isn't perfect but he doesn't have to be to get us to a winning team. In the third year , he's put us in the position o be a winner for the next few years.

I think he looks at athletic types with high RAS scores, length matters. I think he likes speed but they are just part of the process. I think one of the main reasons he drafted Jones waa his speed. Where he took him in the draft, he reached for a WR and grabbed a speed guy. Braxton Jones is the perfect example of guys he drafts especially later in drafts , athletic, long arms just didn't have the top competition presence.

Just woke up, see there isn't much to talk about today, so I'll keep my opinion o myself on this subject.

He knows he doesn't have enough picks so I see him doing something to get more. Doubt he trades one but Poles isn't conventional, he could surprise us there too. If he plays everything straight and just drafts 2 blue chip players, I'm good with that to. Pick 75 could still get us a quality WR, but there won't be any edge players there that could make a difference day one.

So how many hours of tape have you watched? I'm up to 10 hours on Caleb alone. He has special traits but Poles is big on character. If he doesn't take him it isn't because of his tape.

When Poles traded Justin, everyone assumed we're drafting Caleb. Does he have eyes on someone else and using the hype on Caleb to increase is haul in a trade? We could trade back a couple of times and still get McCarthy.

There is no denying his talent, but what always bothered me was him wanting to be treated special. Wanting to change the rookie pay structure because he wants more money. The me me me attitude can cause problems. When will he blow up because Waldron didn't call enough pass plays in a game? I still have questions.

Do they do any visits to hide who they really might want to draft? He's a blue chip player, just checking out all options or deflecting ?

Yes he did skip the combine. The story related only to people that attended the combine.

I think he did or it would have been made a larger story. One story I read said Williams was the only player since the Combine started that didn't do his physical. It was an ESPN writer.

I think there both going to be very good. I have no problem with any of the top 4 WRs. Lots of other talented WRs in the draft also.

Definitely something to thing about, getting more production from existing players because you have a better QB.

Allen is a professional and wants to buy into the culture of the team, so he's out supporting the probable QB of his new team. Poles and Flus got him to buy in and he's doing it

Some people are uncomfortable in public, no big deal. I go by how I see his players interact with him. When it was announced that JJ was all pro , he called him in the conference room to go over film. He had a video made announcing he was chosen all pro. It surprised JJ and a bunch of people came in to congratulation him. That's the kind of respect they have for each other. Poles kept Flus because his players believe in him. Nagy is gone because his players gave up on him, that's not happening with Flus.

They don't base success for a player because of a few good traits, it's a composition study of so many things it takes to be a high level QB in the NFL. If it was that simple, there would be a lot more quality QBs, As of now it's hard pressed to find 20 true quality QBS in the league right now. I was looking at The 33rd Team rankings and they had Field's ranked 21st , so I used 20 as the dividing line for true starting QBs right now .
