After watching an all-22, Caleb deserves a lot of credit for missing reads and not getting the ball to open WRs. I paid attention to Braxton Jones and I only see 3 times where his guy gave pressure to Caleb. He played well in my opinion.
Yes , we also had a punt partial blocked. I read where Santos was told to kick the ball out of bounds. It would give them the ball at the 40 but would have given us another clock stop for the 2 minute warning. Now with several backups starting did that pull them off of the ST plays? We missed the tackling ability of TJ Edwards and Kyler Gordon.
Many things to dislike but trying to be rational in my evaluation.
Penalties killed drives. Will say a couple of bogus calls by the umps didnt help.
Defense looked very good and then seem to run out of gas in the last quarter.
Caleb didnt have a good game (IMO). Missed reads and erratic throws. Did well in the beginning and run well but it disappeared at the most important part of the game. (4th quarter)
BJ had some mistakes.
Santos missed FG was huge.
I think everyone said this will take a little time to get going and after this game that is obvious.
Very disappointing to give away a victory and losing made it seem like the old Bears but I think BJ will clean it up.
We have two sacks and Vikings 0, so far so good. I think its noisy for MInny and we are playing physical. Neither team can run. Jefferson 1 catch for 4 yards. No JJ and Gordon.
Add Sweat in there and those are the top 4 Ds. Unless Jarett is youthful again.
I feel like Im taking my drivers test for the first time, anxiety, nervous and hyped waiting for the game to start.
I tackle, one sack, not sure how many pressures he had but played limited snaps because of back issues. It seems to always be problems when its the back. Long term I dont think it works out for the Packers.
There is no doubt he is the best QB out of that class so far but after 3 yrs we need to look back and see what happens.
Footnote: Justin Fields is playing well.
