  1. So far I only see that you had 4 right but I do think Shaheen is gone and probably Baurnecker. I think with Burton being cut we are in play to draft a TE. Floyd was a bust as a pass rusher but he did have some value on the team. It was his salary that was the main problem. Had he been a second or 3rd round pick with a 7 mil salary on his 5th year option, he may still be here.
  2. In 2017 he was put on IR also with a hamstring injury. Seems his injuries have limited his development. Maybe he ends up something if he is past his injuries. Worth a shot.
  3. I have done several mocks on PFF, some of the situations seem totally unrealistic, no way in hell Becton makes it out of the top 15 let alone fall to 43.
  4. I don't know if anybody has did this simulator from PROFOOTBALLNETWORK but today the free one that they have is no longer free. They one on the site free but no trades. Its lame in comp.
  5. We have our 2 backups on the roster, if they didn't think they could potentially contribute, I don't think they would be on the roster. For some reason a lot of people think we can't develop players, that's the way good teams do it. Tolliver and Joseph( CBs ) have been kept around for the third year now, so not sure why so many think CB is one of our neediest positions. It's a question mark but so are later round draft picks. I think we have some rostered players that could step up this yr. Bars Coward (improves ) Tolliver Joesph Shelly Denmark Woods Ridley Wims Holtz Horsted Vaughters A few of them might surprise us.
  6. I definitely think their will be more trading than normal this year. With a lot of questions of health and not being able to work out some players, I think teams will go after players they have on their board. It will be teams that think they're close and teams with extra picks. I think if they have someone drop like Delpit to 43 , they take him. A few others rated higher players that they would probably. take , like a Josh Jones/ OT . Then trade 50 with some of your options. I think NE would be a good option. They're always trading and don't have a second round pick plus Pace has traded with them several times.
  7. ILB is just fine unless we can get a starter on minimum contracts. We have Joel Iggy and Josh Woods that need to step up . We also signed Devonte Bond late last, we didn't do that because they were bored.
  8. We should forget any trading for people unless we're trading some one like Cohen for a 4th round pick. We have no picks.
  9. If I remember didn't he play well for a few games going in at CB in 2018.
  10. All in on that one . I just did one where I trade back 3 times to 72 and Taylor was still there. Had to take him 27th ranked player.
  11. The strength of the draft is WR and OT . The OL and SS are probably our most needed areas to address. If we trade back we still could get a starting OG, a OT to develop, a SS capable of starting and add speed to the WR core. TE is a need but with a weak class, odds of grabbing one that can beat out Graham-Burton are very slim. Rarely does a rookie TE make a big impact. So I think we go with Graham, Burton, Harris, Holtz, and Horsted . Maybe a later pick to develop ( Stephen Sullivan) to stash on the practice squad would work. Adding speed in a RB would be ideal for this offense, and I'm sure that happens but not early. We have added in free agency at all our areas of need . So we have the luxury of BPA. I see them adding speed to the awful offense we had last year.
  12. I would say if he drops to us, we have take him he's a top 30 prospect. He is that DK Metcalf type of wr. I think he timed in 4.4s at his size.
  13. I think if they trade back and get extra picks, they absolutely will add a speedy RB. My favorite is Antonio Gibson, he can be a WR or RB and is considered a 3-4th round pick. So if we trade back get a SS, OT and grab Gibson and a Duvernay between 80-120 with our extra picks, you have speed to compete this yr. A RB will not be a wasted pick plus Gibson had more touches at WR this yr.
  14. I think Nagy is a smart guy and will turn the offense around, if not both could be gone. With this defense a 15th ranked offense can get us in playoff contention. Hard to say how Paces moves will turn out but barring injuries we will be a top 3 defense this year. I honestly think they like 6'2" tolliver and have groomed him to take over. Burns is just a shot in the dark but Robinson could be at least good depth. Don't forget Shelley and Denmark were drafted last year and I don't think they have given up on them yet. I think we will be okay at CB but need a high pick safety to compete with Bush. Getting a situational pass rusher would be nice to. At OL we are stuck at OTs but a high pick could compete this yr. IFEDI probably starts. I think they bring in a OT and IOL so we should be okay with a new coach to fix things. Also if we don't fill needs in the draft, there still are choices in Free agency. So when you said they need to add speed it will be a WR and a RB. If Taylor drops to us , the BPA strategy would have us picking him. He is a top 32 draft pick.
  15. At PROFOOTBALLNETWORK.COM they have at the bottom of the page by the copyright posting that says MOCK DRAFT SIMULATOR Click on that and it has a user friendly format and you can trade and it's free. this one I had one trade with Cincinnati Gave 43 and got 65- 141-147 . I don't if it's a good value but it gave me 2 extra picks. I keep seeing Higgins drop and everything I read on him sounds positive but he fell out of the first round and not sure why. I always read their profile from this site and also Dane Buglers draft guide to make decisions. I subscribed to the Athletic and it's free with that membership.
  16. I used GBNDREPORT big board. I like their draft site. Also Draft COUNTDOWN Matt Miller ( bleacher report)check out his big board, a lot of names I haven't seen on other websites. Ourlads PROFOOTBALLNETWORK.
  17. They are only 3 on that list that would be considered at 43 and 50. Jones, Lewis and Fulton. DiNucci is an interesting prospect. Only 3 teams have talked to him so far.
  18. I agree but if we take a edge I would prefer Terrell Lewis. Otherwise I would take lloyd and one of the WRs preferably Raegor.
  19. 2 high prospects that will be available to us are Chinn and Duggar. They both come from small schools. I think they both end up being good players but will probably take a yr or 2 to develop. Going by GBNDREPORT big board. 25. Delpit 28 McKinney 49. Winfield Jr 56 Chinn 62 Davis 76 Burgess 89. Duggar Winfield jr. Is a good player but at 5'9" being a box safety, wiii have a hard time covering TEs one of the jobs that are required. So I don't think we take him. If McKinney or Delpit drop , they will jump on it .Maybe Chinn? Otherwise you would be reaching for value at anyone else at our spots. If we trade back Davis comes into play and would fit quite nicely. He is a good box type safety and one I would like. If we go by the BPA strategy , we won't draft one early unless the top 2 drop. OL and WR are the 2 best high positional grades and will more likely have players drop for value picks. Later picks that could work around our 163 pick are Brandon Jones- JR Reed - Gino Stone. I think will be more likely our choice when we pick one for value. They all fit better as box safeties that FS.
  20. I think Miller run out of the slot 70% of the time anyways and when he played boundary wr Cohen played the slot and he is a 4.4 guy. The key is Miller had surgery on his shoulder again and you need to cover yourself on a slow start by him. Also speed is a big deal for Nagys offense. The more speed guys you have the better. Personally, I think grabbing Claypool and play him at TE , some of the time, gives another speed guy in some sets. Imagine Claypool, Antonio Gibson, Miller and Robinson on the field at the same time would be a huge problem for a DC.
  21. Like you , if we don't get one early, I think we would be okay with tolliver-Burns- Roberson at CB-2. Also don't forget Skine has played boundary corner before then we could put Shelley at nickel. That wouldn't be idea because Skine is short but he is a physical player. So we don't necessarily need a starter coming out of this draft for CB2 spot. S is way more important because of lack of depth to get early.
  22. I did a draft last night before I went to bed , in PFN and got the first 4 picks the same and I also picked Pinter later. I find it important to grab a speed WR in any draft I do so where you took Moss , I took John Hightower. I always try to target Antonio Gibson in every draft who actually could take the place of a WR since he played more WR at Memphis than RB.
  23. I think they're all in on winning this yr so they will try to find players can contribute this yr. Any QB they draft will not. His OTs are great prospects but both need to spend a yr gaining strength to compete on the NFL level. Cleveland could push Leno but with a shortened season this yr , probably not.
  24. Unless one of the top 6 WRs drop they have to take a speed guy . All teams want to add more speed every year and other than Cohen have none. Like you said Wims is our future big body player. D K Metcalf is a speed guy with great size. He ran a 4.33 forty at 6'3" 228 lbs.
  25. This would be an excellent draft imo because you address 3 OL positions .You address both future OT spots and lemieux is rated a lot higher on numerous draft boards . Instead of a QB I would take a WR prospect that would contribute this year. Both OTs will take a yr to develop so higher picks need to contribute. Duggar could start otherwise Kmet is your only draft pick that probably contributes this year in a smaller role. Lemieux could be a future starter but not this year.
