I think A. Cooper will be the plum of the draft, and Perriman will not be far behind for WRs. I think Brandon Scherff will be all pro for many years, other OL are C. Erving/OC and Andrus Peat that will succeed . Fowler and Dupree will be the standout edge rushers from this class Gurley and Duke Johnson will be studs.

I could like this draft, it aint perfect but the real one wont be either.
-
Collins would fit well here but not at the 7 pick, it is simply not a good valve. Look at where some good safeties were drafted last year, I think the first was in the twenties. DGB could be a Randy Moss, but also could be a bust, and I think there are better choices before I would tie my horse to his wagon.

Like your the only one with that thought that has run thru their head, its not brain surgery.
-
I agree with you, would never get that offer, it would be the 2nd round pick and maybe a 6th.
-
Wow , I knew I was smart but not that sharp. just kidding
-
He does RB by committee because he didnt have a stud.
-
This is Forte last year, and lets say Gurley is the next Adrian Peterson and we draft him. I would scratch my head, but next year when he leads the league in rushing, I would be impressed. Its doable.

An example of BPA is when GB took A. Rodgers when they had an all pro QB in Brent Favre, good teams do that . You brought up L. Williams if he dropped to us. ITs a no brainer, because he is BPA, sometimes it doesnt matter what position some one is if he is all pro potential.Bad teams draft for need. Truth be told, there is no position that we dont have need at , so it really is a mute point.
-
I would be ok with that, we have so many needs , you can make the case for any position.
-
The Eagles choose Rashad Greene/WR/FSU. Mongo and Bengals are up
-
BPA is opposite to drafting to need. Any of the top 10 players as most people have there can fill a need for us. For example; Collins is the top safety but most have him as the 15th to 20th BPA, so at 7 that would be considered a reach. BPA is such a simple concept, and you have it confused.

The draft is close at hand and here are some predictions I wish to put down. I think we trade back for extra picks I think we make a draft day deal - Will Sutton for a 6th or 7th round pick I think we draft in no particular order WR-OL-QB-DE-OC-S-CB-RB (we pick up extra picks with trades) I think we still add some more FAs after the draft to continues to remake the roster. WR will be one of the first two picks.

I think the more darts we throw at the board the better chance more stick.

New Orleans adds another WR with the loss of Stills and Meachum. Tyler Lockett/WR/KSU a speed guy to offset the loss of Graham and Stills.
-
NO Saints try to find someone to absorb some of the catches that Graham leaves on the field. They select Clive Warlford/TE/Miami SCS your up with Minnesota
-
I know what you talking about , in the last year, had to put both of mine down.
-
Me too, he was a better man than a football player but he had the passion and the character to loved by many. Not to many celebrities bother me when they die, just didnt know them, but Buffone seemed like a friend.

The Falcons are changing to a zone blocking scheme and they need a power back to complement Devante Freeman. Atlanta selects David Johnson/Northern Iowa/RB. Adam your up.

Armstead is no tweener, with his size , he could play anywhere on the line. Everything I have read has been him as a 5-T end, and we have only 2 true DEs in the 3-4. I think Houston ends up there, but it could be a position we need to draft 2. You can throw out all those other names but they simply dont apply as a 3-4 end. We may be surprised but the fact they picked up 2 in FA should tell you its a priority. I personally dont like Armstead but he is almost always listed as a top 20 player and the highest I have seen Cann rated was 47th. So grabbing someone as the best OG doesnt make it the best player available. Every CB we have had in for a visit have been at least 6' tall, except for Greg Henderson-5'11", maybe that is a smoke screen so we can jump on a 5'9" player like EMO.
-
IF your actually picking BPA, then wouldnt you have picked Armstead instead of Cann in the second? He was far and away rated higher at that point of the draft? GBND had Armstead ranked 19th and Cann rated 50 th BPA. Draftcountdown had Armstead 20th and Cann rated 47th. In the third round I would have taken Mario Edwards Jr. instead, they both are rated about the same in most draft boards but with only 2 DEs on the roster for now, it would seem more of a reasonable pick than a 5'9" CB of which we have 8 signed as of this time. In us signing Ball, a 6'1" CB, I think we are looking for more physical CBs and shy away from smaller ones to fit Fangio's' scheme on defense.

I think the first 5 you mentioned are the only picks we consider, the next 3 are not worthy of a top 10 pick
-
With that high a pick, if you grab him and his past catches up with him, he could turn into a wasted pick. Something you dont want to have be your first pick ever by Pace. The NFL is started to not tolerant that kind of stuff anymore.
