Devin Hester: Maximum Speed
haha, that is great. I bet he will also has 99 agility. And I think Stamina also effects how long you can run at top speed, so he will probably have a high stamina as well. That is pretty awesome. More proof that Devin Hester is indeed god...

Grossman may ride shotgun
Well, when did Kreatuz become boss? Suck it up if you don't like the shotgun, you might be a beast, but your not in charge. Well, when did Kreatuz become boss? Suck it up if you don't like the shotgun, you might be a beast, but your not in charge.

Bears looking to get the 6th overall pick..
Okay, my bad on the wording there. The offer sheet was ment to be a joke. And I ment to say the Skins might go for Briggs for 6 straight up (maybe we'd add a little something).

Bears looking to get the 6th overall pick..
yep, you got it. I cant believe people question my creditability here This is the JA we all love and know... per rotoworld: Someone should just sign Briggs to an offer sheet already! I have a feeling the Skins might go for it because of the new interest in Briggs from around the league.

Bears looking to get the 6th overall pick..
Apparently now the Bills are jumping in. They are offering 12 for Briggs and a 2nd or 3rd rounder. This could drive up the deal of the Redskins, but I personally like the Bills as trading partners because 12 gives us more value rather than 6 and the Bills are an AFC team and I don't like major trades within the conference. This should be interesting.

Bears looking to get the 6th overall pick..
Synder is a dummy and all, but I'll admit, he knows how operate the cap and spread out money over the course of a contract...

Bears looking to get the 6th overall pick..
Hell... maybe the Skins will just sign Briggs to an offer sheet We get their first rounder this year, and 1st and 2nd rounder next year!

Scott likely to re-sign...
No, 5 DT's is right. And if someone was to be cut, I'd bet it would be Tank. He is in the last year of his contract, still has character concerns, and I think Dusty D. will out preform him, in the long run at least.

Scott likely to re-sign...
I agree. Like you, I am just shocked really. I thought after the Adams signing Scott was as good as gone. But I have no problem with Scott returning. It just makes us that much better on the D-Line. ANd I doubt DT will be addressed on draft day also. Looks like JA has learned his lesson from the past 2 seasons. Fool JA twice, shame on him, fool JA thrice, time to die (or in this case, get your asses beaten during the season). The past two seasons the Bears faded defensively at the end of the season due to mainly DL and S problems. JA so far has improved thos spots drastically, and I am expecting the Bears D to be even better next season.

Scott likely to re-sign...
Bears | Scott likely to re-sign Tue, 27 Mar 2007 15:54:23 -0700 D. Orlando Ledbetter, of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, reports the Chicago Bears are likely to re-sign unrestricted free-agent DT Ian Scott. This is very interesting. Could this mean that Tank is on his way out of Chicago? Or is JA just worried about the health of Harris and Dvoreck?

Bears looking to get the 6th overall pick..
if this is true... how freaking stupid can you be??? I hope this is just a smoke-screen by Angelo because of the news getting out. If you don't like the no. 6 pick, trade the freak down then! This is an absolute steal for the Bears right now.

Bears looking to get the 6th overall pick..
If either Thomas or Johnson are there at 3, I'd probably give up the whole first day plus some to move up to there and draft either one of them.
-
Bears looking to get the 6th overall pick..
There are so many possibilities... Adams/Anderson, Branch/Okoye, Quinn, trade down? If this did happen, Briggs would have been worth 1000 points, which is more then we could have wished for.

I would soil myself if this happened... I am as giddy as a school girl right now!

Steelers, Not Bears sign Tyrone Carter
I kinda liked the signing to... looks like safety is still an option... second day though, of course.
-
Bears re-sign Brown
For a 5th safet, you'd probably sign someone to a one year contract worth the league minimum...
-
Bears re-sign Brown
The earliest I would nab a safety is round 5... and that's a bit of a reach... btw, where is the info about Tyrone? I cant find it anywhere. Okay, I found the info on Carter... 3 years, 2.4 million... that doesn't sound like a 5th safety contract to me.
