I love this signing, instant upgrade to Special Teams and can take the top off the defense. He will replace Bellamy, White production.

He's here tonight and tomorrow which is interesting and I'm sure Jason is happy to see this. I expect somewhere in this trip he'll spend some time with Eddie Jackson. As a player I view him as better in coverage than Amos but not as good at tackling. HHCD had his fair share of coverage lapses too but he's a better playmaker when the ball is in the air. In that sense he always seemed to be more of a FS than SS and Jackson is not leaving that role. If Pagano wants multiple inside-the-numbers coverage options behind his blitz schemes he'll have them with HHCD, Jackson, Skrine, Roquan, Floyd, and Trevathan. What he's looking for in his next contract is hard to gue…

Nice signing, formerly of the Seahawks. I almost posted about him this morning after reviewing FA RBs. Was thinking Ware, Coleman, or Davis would make sense and now this. I like the signing, it reminds me of Trey Burton last season. "Davis ran 112 times for 4.6 yards per carry and caught 34 passes on 42 targets"

If Callahan doesn't get the free agent attention his agent thinks he will, how much will the bears resign him for? I'm thinking 3 year 15 mil. 1----4 mil 2-----5 mil 3-----6 mil 6 million guaranteed.

We have Howard, Cohen, Davis and Patterson. If we trade Howard on draft day, we in turn will draft a RB. Even if we don't make a trade we are still going to draft a RB, so we go into camp with 4 or 5 plus Nall is still a practice squad nominee. Last year we ran the ball 468 times. As the offense progresses we end up with more overall plays so I will leave this number about the same. HOWARD or draft pick-- 200 Carrie's Cohen had 117 last year, so we give him 100 Davis-- 100 Patterson-- 40 Trubisky had 67 last year, but let's say 40 this year. Nagy likes to mix it up so I think it will not be a load type of back anymore. I think D…

This is a surprise signing for me. It definitely gives Nagy some options when calling plays. https://twitter.com/AdamSchefter/status/1105609284795154433

With free agency starting we all play fantasy football for the bears. We all want Bell, Collins, and top free agents. The truth is we have arrived, we no longer are in line to go after needs, we are now tweaking the roster. We scratch our heads with Skine and Davis but the truth is we have to find competent replacements, they don't have to be stars. Now it's about fitting players in our spending window. You think maybe Callahan and Amos looked good because they were playing with stars around them. I think the personal had something to do with it. A lot are improvements will come from our existing roster getting better. Trubisky, Miller, Floyd , Smith, Nichol…

What a sellout. I know there is no loyalty anymore but damn. Drafted by the Bears and signs with the Packers. Even more of a reason to hate the Pack.

Looks like they found Callahan's replacement. Hopefully comes in cheap. Update: not cheap, I do not like this signing. Skrine has been one of the worst CBs and most penalized CBs in the league. I don't know what Pace is thinking here. Over paid IMO. 3/$16.5 with $8.5 guaranteed seems steep for a perennial under performer. We will see what they get out of him but it seems like another Cooper signing.

Good for him. It’s not an easy path. Rare to see this type of carrier change so Congrats!! https://bleacherreport.com/articles/2822314-charles-tillman-reportedly-graduated-from-fbi-academy-working-as-agent

  13. I used the GBND big board to do our first 3 picks. I went up 10 spots and down 10 to decide who to pick to give a value specify draft. 3rd. 88 Cris lindstrom/ OG/ BC I think he will replace Long in our starting lineup either during to injury or next year when we cut Long. 4th 114. Devin Singletary/RB/ Flor Atlantic. He is quick and very capable of becoming a Hunt type of back. 5th 138. Nasir Adderley S/ Delaware. The kid can play , looked great in the senior bowl. Give it a shot: https://gbnreport.com/preliminary-top-50-prospects-for-2019/

Report: Patriots owner Robert Kraft facing prostitution charge Posted by Darin Gantt on February 22, 2019, 11:58 AM EST Getty Images Patriots owner Robert Kraft has been named in a Florida prostitution sting. Jupiter Police Chief Daniel Kerr said Kraft was among the individuals caught at a “spa”, and was charged with soliciting another to commit prostitution. The 77-year-old Kraft owns a property in the Palm Beach area. Via WPTV, Martin County Sheriff William Snyder said earlier this week about 100 men would be arrested. “The tentacles of this go from here to New York to China, in Florida from here to Orange…

https://www.chicagobears.com/news/bears-area-scout-wins-prestigious-award Guys you seldom hear about and would not know him if he introduced himself to me, but are such an important part of building a great team. They help lay the foundation going forward. Pace just seems to be putting and keeping together a staff that may make this next ten years one of the all time great Bear teams. Just like Finks did in the late 70's early 80's IMHO Only time will tell.
