There are still teams desperate for a QB. Can we get some picks for him?

It seems to me that by picking Trubisky with this pic that Pace is not worried about his job. This seems more like an NBA draft pick in NFL draft pick. Picking on potential. And if a general manager is willing to pick a guy this high and sacrifice so many pics for a guy that is very likely not gonna play next year, then he has little fear of losing his job next year.

By beating the 49ers last season it cost the Bears 3 draft picks.

Now that we've thrown in on QB, the strength of the draft remains DB and TE. We also have big name defenders falling. Can we get a Jonathan Allen our Malik Hooker in the 2nd?

Evidently John Lynch went back to Stanford to finish his degree after his career ended and he had a class that had a class project that 2 students are assigned to work on and his classmate on the project was Thomas. So that is Kap's spin on who he thinks is going at 2.

Pace talked a lot today about drafting players with top intangibles, who fit the positive "vibe" in the locker room, and wanting to immediately get better. I'm taking that to heart here when I try a draft that makes sense and that Pace might be trying to pull off based on that criteria. The analysts, beat writers of the national sports media outlets are the biggest culprits and if you listen closely to them they back peddle after they make they're claims. This year more than ever before the info has been flowing in a different directions everyday. The NFL Network is the worst at it as they try to scoop the others plus create a buzz for the league.

Hear me out... The Browns are the Browns. They could easily pass on Myles Garrett. There is also every indication they love Mitch Trubisky. I don't think it's likely, but they could very well pass on Garrett. There is at least some speculation out there about whether or not Garrett takes plays off, or if he's lazy. So we get to the Niners. They're QBs are Matt Barkley and Brian Hoyer. Remember them? Do you think those two are the future? He was released today by KC. Last year we offered him a contract but ended up back in KC. KC gave him a 2 year 10 mil contract last year. He had some injuries issues and only started 4 games. 2 years ago, he had 5.5 sacks and 36 Ts , 11 TFL, and 2 forced fumbles. since we had interest last year and he is only 28, I can see us going after him. What do you guys think.

It appears Trubisky is the Browns QB target.
