JC had another game with over 100 qb rating. 104.16666666666667 was his score today. after the pick 6 I thought he would implode, but he stuck in there. good job.

That means if Bears wanted to completely unload Cutler (basically cut him), it shouldn't be an issue as it would be astonishing if he didn't get a contract worth $15M (that would literally be impossible). I think it is much more likely than any of us previously thought that Cutler is moved sooner vs. later. I still think the ideal scenario has us getting a pick for him. Teams will be desperate and to be frank, we are selling Jay at his lowest value, but understand if the org wants to make a change. I just wish it was in a year where there were more attractive QB options available.

You know what? I check this site almost daily. But, I don't usually opine. But, all of this stuff I'm hearing about Cutler has me pissed. Did these guys watch a single game this year?? The dude was getting KILLED back there all year. He never quit, bitched or complained. The only time he left a game is when he was knocked silly behind some terrible line play. As bad as it may have appeared, we were only down two TD's, and they think he chose this time to quit? In the NFC Championship game? Gimme a freakin' break! Sorry to vent fellas.

I honestly feel sorry for him. I wouldn't blame him one bit if he said screw it and walked out on this team.

http://espn.go.com/chicago/nfl/story/_/id/...t-chicago-bears I think it's a wise move for him to think of a hometown discount if he wants to resign with the Bears. If the OL is to be fixed, weapons to be added, defense to be rebuilt, it sure won't help the franchise if he tries to break the bank.

Just a thought here but with all the upbeat chat about Rideau and Aromashodu playing so well it's obvious Rashied Davis has not stood out in camp. Reality is that QBs decide where they are throwing the ball. Of course if the OC doesn't like the reads the QB is taking some risks but right now Cutler isn't worried about his job security. I'm just wondering if Cutler sees the athletic ability and potential of a guy like DA and is he just giving him as many chances as possible to make him successful at the expense of Rashied Davis? Consider that we have so many inexperienced WR and Davis knows our system very well. You'd think this situation would lead to Davis s…

On either of these guys. I have been out of the NFL loop lately and recently heard that Cutler has been in an on again, off again situation with his new HC McDaniels(?) and recently is in a definite off again frame of mind? And, over in Philly I hear again the rumblings of McNabb possibly entertaining the idea of going elsewhere, especially with the recent loss of Tra Thomas (and other key players before). With either of these guys as potential(s) is there a possiblity of either coming to Chicago? I hear that both would be interested if the situation arose. If I had to choose, as much as I like McNabb, I think Cutler would be the better choice of the two …

According to Scott Kascmar, NFL Writer, Jay Cutler is now 4th in the league among active players with 13 career GW TD passes. He is behind Brady and Manning but in front of Rodgers, Eli, and Brees. He also tweeted a chart that says with a minimum of 30 total games, Cutler is 4th *ALL-TIME* in winning percentage (51.4%) in games that are "kept close in the 4th quarter and OT" (he did not say exactly what 'kept close' is).

http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ms-t...ace051608%C2%A0 Cutler adjusting to life with diabetes By Michael Silver, Yahoo! Sports May 16, 2008 ATMLiesOxygenJulioSearchRoyalsSongENGLEWOOD, Colo. – Jay Cutler entered the cafeteria at the Denver Broncos' training facility Thursday afternoon, a notebook full of offensive alignments in one hand and a small, black zip-up pouch in the other. I was far more interested in the pouch: a kit containing a lancet device, blood-glucose meter and test strips – the tools for drawing blood from a fingertip and checking his blood sugars. After sitting down at a table, the strong-armed quarterback placed th…

I know this will not be well received but whatever. Before I say my piece, understand that I want more than anything for Jay to succeed. That being said, he continues to look like crap. Has Webb helped? No. Should Tice maybe call for more receivers than just Marshall to get the ball? Probably. With Jay allegedly being able to call more audibles and have more say in the offense, this is not what I was hoping to see. Jay has been mediocre at best. He's forcing it to Marshall way too much. In fact the Int was a result of him doing just that. The article that I saw earlier about Jay holding the ball too long may have something to it. Perhaps that is partially to…

Its nice to see for sure a QB that is rating above 100's for 2 games in row. today Cutler rated a whopping 126.38888. Its looking better all the time. Now the O line needs a good kick in the arse and we need to sign Brooks with Hilly out now with Ribs. We should be good to go.

http://sportsmockery.com/2014/11/report-ja...nearly-benched/ Interesting. Again, if this is the case, it really makes you wonder who okayed the Cutler deal. Did Emery basically tell Trestman this is what we are going to do and you will like it? If any coach would accept that, it would probably be Trestman who is very passive as a whole.

I cannot wait for the day that we no longer hear about these two. Every time the Bears are brought up, it is the same old same old. Just end it already, cut the ties. Use all the cap space to pay for their dead money and let's play for a #1 overall pick next season. Two drafts in a row with top 7 picks should set us up nicely and ARod will be two years older.
