Hass was with the team all last season and dressed for just one game. He spent the 2006 season on the practice squad.

Kellen Davis shows it all in this one. Route running, hands, agility, strength, elusiveness, speed. All he needs is more opportunities to catch the ball and show what he can do. In this highlight reel, he displays his talents even more. Pay careful attention to nasty one-hander at about 2:51. The Bears don't need another TE. They need to work with what they have and develop the obvious talent.

Some solid news on the injury front.

Okay, so yesterday was my anniversary and my gift was a trip to wherever to see the Bears play. I was thinking that I would love to go to Lambeau to see the Bears play the Packers but would have to get tickets at face value (otherwise I'll just get tickets to a game at Soldier field). Does anyone have any clue on a good method of getting Packer tickets?

They looked great this week vs SF. Almost 500 yards of offense, 8-15 on 3rd downs. This will be a huge test for us next week.

The Bears win 10 games. The Bears lose in the NFC title game in Lambeau. McClellin has 8 sacks. Peppers had 13 sacks, combined with a few FF's, FR's, and an INT or two and wins DPOY. Cutler has 30+ TD's and less than 15 INT's and plays all 16 games. He only will get sacked 28 times. Conte has 7 INT's. Evan Rodriguez is a starter by week 17. Marshall leads Bears' WR's in catches and yards. Bennett is second in both categories. Jeffery leads all WR's on the Bears in TD's. Urlacher doesn't play until week 7 (week after the bye).

1. Play calling on our side was poor. So many times in the red zone with nothing by FG's. Why run it in OT when you were moving the ball effectively through the air. Playaction... 2. Pass rush was non-existent. 3. Jay can't throw the pick in the red zone. Basically, this was the Lions' game. They were due for an uptick, and we were due for a downtick. I have seen some ask this, though I am not sure if it has been talked about on this board. One reason I think it may be worth consideration is, if we put Basanez on the PS, which I am pretty sure he is still eligible for, would any other team really steal him? To steal him, another team would have to give him a spot on their 53 man roster, and I am just not sure anyone would be willing to do that. On the practice squad, he is still ours and would still be in a position to learn and develop, but at the same time, it would free up a roster spot. Since last year ive wanted a freak in the secondary, Taylor Mays has not been picked and is a friggin beast. Dont get me wrong, id rather get Nate Allen in thre 3rd, but he wont be there, guaranteed, probably Burnett either. Unheard of size and speed, dont care why other teams pass, what do they know?
