1. We need to get rid of Kreutz and Garza they are old and can block well anymore. Get Mankins as a FA and draft a center 2. We need to get a WR like TO, Fitzgerald, Ocho Cinco, V.Jackson, Moss, Rice, someone that can be a no#1. Draft either A. Brown(southern miss) or Baldwin(Pitt) 3. Back to back weeks that we allow a KO return for a TD. This one was crazy as Lockett didn't even switch sides of the field, we didn't even have a player inside the 20 when he ran past. In one of the other threads I mentioned something similar to the old-school Washington+Traylor combo. The reason that worked so well is that they basically set up a wall and said, "You either have to run around wide, or pass." It was pretty effective in that regard. What if the Bears did something similar in the near future? The way I see it, you need 2-3 components with this idea: 1) The stout DL, obviously 2) Athletic LBs, to chase outside, cover gaps, and go into pass coverage 3) A decent secondary So here is my challenge: Choose a combination of 3-4 ILB, and/or 3-4 OLB, and/or 3-4 DE that realistically could fall into the Bears draft position. …
