Happy 25th Anniversary!!! 25 years ago today, the Beloved Bear destroyed the New England Patriots 46-10 in Super Bowl XX. I remember the game like it was yesterday. Unfortunately, I remember Sunday's game too.

I caught a Tweet this morning that said Virginia McCaskey turns 100 today. Apparently she is the first NFL owner ever to do that. Happy birthday Virginia.

Would of been 61 today. Still my all time favorite football player!

To the "TalkBears" family, all my best during this Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Holidays. Hopefully this finds you all where you want to be in life and spending it with those who mean the most to you. Like in real families there are squabbles and disagreements. So is true here at the Talk Bears forum. I find myself, as I age, that my patience grows thin and I tend to spout off as if suddenly striken by Tourettes. Whatever the case may be it is clear we all love (that too strong a word?) our team. I am thankful that they are currently 7-3. I am hopeful they continue to win more than lose. After this year will my, Jason's or Brian's opinions matter? …

Merry Christmas to you all you guys!

I hope everyone and their families and friends have a wonderful holiday season! May we all find a small gift wrapped on Christmas day in the form of a defensive showing worthy of our team, city, and fans... And if not, may we all find the strength to turn the tv off and put our focus elsewhere!

2 hours until we should start getting alerts from the usual suspects on social media. Last year Swift's deal was announced exactly at 11am. So I assume the Bears first deal will come in that initial madness. With 2x larger deals handed out to Thuney and Jackson already, they may go for a lesser Center upgrade than Dalman. From a money allocation standpoint, I think they may go Edge and DT with the last "bigger" deal. Then address the other positions of need in the 2nd wave.
