JayGlazer @JayGlazer Texas law enforcement handing down indictment today on Vikings RB Adrian Peterson on charges of injury to a child. Peterson has been cooperating w law enforcement. He now had to turn himself into custody NFL Network reporting he's been deactivated for this weeks game..... Vikings, who looked pretty good week 1, could be in a whole lotta trouble.

Two Pro Bowls in his first two years. Forte got snubbed, he's third in the league in total yards and has 10 TDs.

In doing a bit of research on other safeties, I came across Mike Brown's name. Honestly, as KC was so irrelevant this past year, I had not really taken notice to what Brown did. I didn't even know whether he was a starter all year or not. When I checked his stats, I couldn't believe it. Brown plays in, and started, all 16 games. He has not played the full 16 games since 2003. Brown had 103 total tackles, more than he ever had w/ the Bears, including 79 solo, which matches his high as a rookie. Yea, I realize tackles don't necessarily reflect overall play, but consider the injury relationship. A guy who could not stay healthy played all 16 games, and did …

Both have done exceptional jobs with young QBs. I also recall Clements being highly regarded. He could be a great option as well.

Was watching this video and thought that since our team will be meeting Detroit twice again, this is a concern. And he already has history.... So what say you...stupid or aggressive play? http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-highlig...HP11_hot_topics

Wasn't sure where to stick this, so here we are. The Bears announced they are releasing All Quad in Muhammad. He never produced and Poles left an out. 1/2 mil dead money and we add almost 4 mil to the cap. We are going to see roster moves as Poles evaluates the roster.

I don't know who is responsible for deciding whether or not the Bears challenge a previous play, but whoever it is that person should be fired. 1 - They don't know the rules. 2 - They are horrible at their job. 3 - I'm not totally sure the Bears have someone to do it, and Lovie is just winging it down there on the sideline based upon how adamant his players are. Throwing away two timeouts in a crucial moment of the game against our most heated rivalry is simply not tolerable.

Connor Shaw re-signed with Bears: https://twitter.com/cmshaw8/status/838037560798687233 Great signing, I think he has the potential to at least be a quality backup and potentially a starter.

he looked OK to you? vasher has a base salary of $2.95 million in 2010. not bad for someone how far down the list from a starting position at CB? yup angie, it is business as usual.

Important Upcoming Dates on Marc's calendar: May 13-June 6: OTA's June 11-13: Veteran Mandatory Minicamp Late July: Training Camp Aug. 8-11: at Carolina Aug. 15: vs San Diego (ESPN) Aug. 22-25: at Oakland Aug. 29: vs Cleveland September 5, 2013: Week 1 February 2014: Super Bowl XLVIII (New Meadowlands Stadium, Rutherford, NY.)

8 carries and 2 receptions thru 4 weeks. In his last 2 seasons, he was averaging over 50 yards per game, that's down to 4. He clearly has been relegated to RB3/4, and if not for injuries to Blasingame and Homer, might've been a healthy scratch the last two weeks. He did not have an offensive snap against the Rams. As far as I can tell, that was only the 2nd time in his career that he suited up for a game and didn't get a touch (carry, reception, or KR). It is only the 5th time he didn't get a carry in his career, and 3 of the other 4 games were his first 3 of his rookie year and the 4th was Week 15 his rookie year. And for other guys, they might as well see wh…

NFL | K. Jones hopes to hear from Bears Wed, 11 Jun 2008 09:59:54 -0700 Vaughn McClure, of The Chicago Tribune, reports free-agent RB Kevin Jones (Lions) hopes to hear from the Chicago Bears, according to a source close to Jones. If we signed Jones this would be a good one two punch for the Bears and their running game. Granted Jones is not the fastest back, but he is a hard runner between the tackes and can save on the wear and tear on Forte.

Bengals | Grossman to visit Tue, 03 Mar 2009 14:12:57 -0800 Joe Reedy, of The Cincinnati Enquirer, reports unrestricted free-agent QB Rex Grossman (Bears) said during a radio interview that he will meet with the Cincinnati Bengals Thursday, March 5. Here's some news for the guys with the kffl ticker blues.

What I heard on 780am: Riddeau, Jones, Booker, McKie, Baldwin, Hanie, and I missed the last one. Peace

Looking thru the stats today, I could not believe Jeffery was still 2nd on the team in receiving yards. He also has the longest reception by a WR this year at 42 yards. It will be really nice to have him back in the mix with Bennett and Hester opposite of Marshall (who is tearing it up).
