From the look at the roster we might have a deep group of WR with Marshall Jeffrey Bennett Wilson Hester Anderson Harrison Toliver Moss Golden Weems......i know Hester wont be a WR but he is atill in the group

Pick.

I know it has been quoted that Holt has said he does not have interest in the Bears and therefore it seems highly unlikely we would land him but who ever thought we would sign Cutler?

http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/writer/jason-...-coaching-staff 1. Lot of the Cutler stuff is stuff we already know 2. Shanny- keeps a close relationship with Cutler and its says would be interested in coaching Cutler again. 3. Emery has told his staff he may retain his job 4. Harbaugh may be too expensive for the Bears and the control on final say on roster moves would have to shift for Harbaugh to come. Does with have to do with Phillips?????

That is what they were saying on Mully and Hanley

Good read, perhaps new ownership is afoot? http://www.forbes.com/forbes/2010/0913/nfl...ets-midway.html

http://www.chicitysports.com/2010/08/04/to...010-nfl-season/ DA is #1, also saw that ESPN and a couple other sources had him listed as #1 on their lists as well. Have we found our guy Bear fans? Do you agree with the list? Who should or shouldn't be on the list?

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300000048...k-draft-round-3 1 - Kevin White, WR, WVU 2 - Jordan Phillips, NT, Oklahoma 3 - Paul Dawson, ILB, TCU 4 - Lorenzo Mauldin, OLB, Louisville 5 - Kevin White, DB, TCU 6 - Kurtis Drummond, FS, Mich.St. I don't really like the Mauldin pick, but that's not bad.

Up 14-0 in the first 5 mins! Go Bengals!!!

Found this highlight clip someone put together on the top DTs for the draft. So as we head to bowl season here's some names to watch for. This was put together before the college season started but still worthwhile. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ymLcqEQKYI

Same old crap new faces.

in the Lions Packers game Rodgers chooses not to slide and gets hit and gets a concussion won't return to the game it's 0-0 at the half Detroit has a good shot if they can find some offense

Lilnk

Marc Mariani - WR - Bears At least four teams have shown interest in free agent WR Marc Mariani. Chicago is one of those teams. Mariani was forced into a bigger role last year because of injuries to Alshon Jeffery and Eddie Royal. He managed 22 catches for 300 yards over the course of 535 offensive snaps. Even in a thin wide receiver market, it shouldn't cost the Bears much to keep him.

http://www.chicagobears.com/news/NewsStory.asp?story_id=5169 Sorry if this was posted somewhere else. I just read on the "Mark Bradley" thread where someone mentioned Harrison, and I'm going, "Who? What?" So I had to go to chicagobearstalk.com to find it. I just hate it when breaking Bear's news is not front and center (albeit a back-up, back-up corner-back) I'm guessing this is sending a message that we're not please with our current corner-back situation.

http://sports.yahoo.com/news/bengals-linem...08177--nfl.html Yet another moron

http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/footb...medium=referral Looks like the team will be without Moore this weekend after spraining his ankle in practice. Graham may fill the Nickle role which, IMHO, he did pretty good in last week. Speaking of Moore. Read he was fined for the dust up with Stafford. Hope there is more to come, all things being equal. And looks like OT Jordan Black could be signed next week. Not bad.

http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/break...0,4842427.story Wouldn't he be an interesting option if only......
