Huge signing (according to Pace), this obviously addresses the need at TE. I don't expect another TE to be signed.

So the Seachikens finish the regular season with a loss to Atlanta. Now that is building momentum for the playoffs! Then again, they are IN the playoffs. But I don't think they are going anywhere but home after their first game.

With the 32nd pick...just kidding on the mock. I think the Bears did better this draft than last, but time will tell. To be honest the ILB pick was the only pick today I thought were they doing. Not that I didn't want him, but thought he was 5-6th rd material imo. May be a steal? The Bears finally got it right lining up a GM and Coach starting it off together. If they keep the continuity up, they will be making noise in the playoffs for years.

This season is now all about figuring out what our young players can do and who fits into the future. Deon Bush has been out there the last couple games and now Braverman is reportedly about to get called up to the 53-man roster. You can certainly expect Hall to get back out there as soon as he's healthy. I wouldn't mind taking Porter off the field because he's no longer hustling. Kwiatkoski looked good on short yardage plays making a couple good stops. Above all, I was curious who caught that touchdown in the first quarter. Del Rio likely heading to Oakland Gase rumored to be favorite in San Fran. Quinn is rumored to be favorite in Atlanta Ryan already accepted the Buffalo job. Bowles accepted the Jets job. ???? nothing yet coming out of Denver, but rumor has it, they REALLY like Quinn. Everyone in the Chicagoland area is assuming the Bears will hire John Fox.... If something goes wrong here, i can see the Bears making one more push for Quinn. Stay tuned...this is ever changing!

If you look at last year and with what teams gained this offseason, who will be the tougher defensive battles on our schedule. I dont see anybody very good till we get to maybe Dallas, and Jacksonville in the middle of the season. The games 10 and 11 gives us some stiff tests with the Texans and 49ers two weeks in a row. The Seahawks in week 13. Unless the Pack and Lions defenses take a large step forward we have only maybe 5 teams that you would consider tough defensive teams we will face all year. With that I see Cutler and Marshall tourching the league this year with big numbers, barring injury.
