Former Bears player Terry Obee from the `93 team attended our church today. He's the new WR coach at Western Kentucky University which is in the city I live. The name sounded familiar but I didn't really remember him until we got to talking and I told him I was a Bears fan. He was at Stanford last year with Harbaugh his former QB. He came to WKU with Willie Taggert when he got the head coaching job here. Always nice to meet a former Bear.

I want to create a new thread to capture thoughts on players in the Senior Bowl. We have quite a few comments scattered around different threads which keep morphing into new topics. This will make it easier to reference comments on players as we move through the combine and into the draft, or even post draft. I'll start with a Cyclone as a player to watch: Will McDonald. So this question's been raised in the sports media, and I thought it'd be interesting to hash it out here. Chris Williams is (hopefully) going to come back from his hamstring in the next week or two. He struggled a bit before his injury, but that's a pretty small sample size, and he was solid at LT last year. I have to assume that he'll get his job back on the left side once he's healthy. Just checking the water temperature. First off before I get into this.... I do not believe WE are sellers, there is no sign in the front yard. However, that doesn't mean a buyer (other teams) wouldn't try to convince us to become one. Would you trade Fields before the deadline 31 Oct?
