There's a lot to talk about in the coming year but lets look at the good things that's happened in his first two years He took a terrible cap situation and turned that around in one year. We had the most cap space last year and top 9 this year. I think he cuts Whitehair and Jackson and adds 20 mil to our cap putting us top 5 . That's a win win. He took an old roster and ate lots of dead money to put us in a good space.Losing always comes with those decisions. This was just a odd draft. I was so happy after the Cutler deal, that I found myself defending Angelo's picks as often as not. Hey, he is my BFF afterall With that said, Gilbert - I flat out did not want to draft DT early, much less w/ our first pick, but just can not argue this pick. In Gilbert, we got a huge value. Ever since Jimmy Johnson leaked the name Marc Trestman, I've been watching every highlight I could from his time in Canada. And I'm sure of the following statement: The majority of this board will be upset. Why? To make this offense work, either he'll have draft a ton of OL OR He's going to have a very unbalanced, semi-productive offense that relies on a lot of deep drops, has minimal rushing, and will get the QB drilled Judging from history, either scenario is going to make most of this board unhappy.

This guy was ranked the 3rd best FA S by walterfootball, and from what I've heard/seen, he still has not been signed. I'd love to add this guy for about 4 years, $16 million, which could essentially save us the need to draft a S in round 3.

Draft Picks: 1st - Shea McClellin, DE 2nd - Alshon Jeffery, WR 3rd - Brandon Hardin, S 4th - Evan Rodriguez, TE 6th - Isaiah Frey, CB 7th - Greg McCoy, CB I am going with a B, actually B-. I think it was slightly above average with a few intriguing players. We could potentially see 4 impact players or as low as 1. I really don't count on the 6th or 7th rounders to do much other than provide depth or PS material.

Sunday Night Football Real football is finally here. Last year, the Rams beat the Bears 24-10 in Week 7 in Chicago. The offense had 3 points in that game. Foles had 2 INTs and was sacked 4 times. If Dalton starts, it is hard to see how we passed the Rams in the offseason, as they gained Stafford, and lost Goff and Akers (who didn't play against the Bears). So to me, if Dalton plays the entire game, the Bears lose by double digits. If Fields plays at least a half, we have a shot. Either way, I have this one as a loss. Prove me wrong Bears.
