Is it me, or does it just feel odd on yet another day when the quarterbacking for the bears is beyond atrocious, 2 castoffs (Orton, no so much a castoff albeit) perform well and provide big wins for their teams? Many of us have claimed that we simply cannot develop players. I'm not sure that's the case here...but it just makes me think. My dad brought the subject up to me. While we both agreed that Cutler is better than either of those 2...it was just kind of odd both did well while we floundered with no heart or brains yet again...

Due to the fact that my Bears season ticket $ and the ton of $ I owe for taxes this year are due at about the same time, I am going to be unable to afford my Bears tickets. That being said I don't really want to lose them. So, I would like to sell them for this year. I have 3 tickets. The grand total is $2,048 for 3 tickets to 10 games (2 preseason games). Obvious connection to Al Harris and if I don't have to see McCloud on the field in the playoffs I'd consider that a blessing. He'd be a coverage upgrade over Stevenson too. He's not likely going anywhere for a single game so does he want to play with a playoff team? I hate to give up picks, but Robby Anderson is said to be out there and could be had for a day 3 pick. If he could be had for a 5th would you do it? This would allow our day 2 picks to be shifted to OL/DL/CB.

I believe the Legion of Boom was notorious for this, but did anyone watch the MNF game last night? Detroit's defense has seemed to adopt the Legion of Boom's tactics of holding and DPI on every play knowing the refs won't call them all. I seen a article on PFF that compares who the player turns into as a comparision of existing NFL players. If they turn out to be similar players, who would you take. I am going to only list the players most being considered to draft at #3. J. Allen-----Sheldon Richardson J. Adams-----Eric Weddle S. Thomas-----Michel Bennett M. Lattimore---Desmond Trufant M. Hooker-----Reggie Nelson Other than the potenial to take a QB, who of these players would have the biggest affect on our team if they turn into these players. I would have to say, Weddle or Richardson would be the best choices.
