Fit speed is Brandon Marshalls training facility...We all know Jeffery was going to be training with Marshall but I just wanted to point out that E-Rod and Armando Allen are also training there as well. (Didn't really know where to put this so why not a new thread?) It was noted that Marshall went from a 4.7 to a 4.4 40 in 8 weeks while training at Fit Speed. A boost in speed to all of those guys would be fantastic.

I was looking over some stats and noticed a few things that got me excited. Regardless of what you may think, the Bears are closer to the 2022 Eagles than they are to the 2022 Bears this year. Back when the trade deadline was approaching a lot of Bears fans were calling for Poles to trade for Chase Young. Since we have seen a good body of his work since he was traded to the 49ers, it looks like he is just fully recovered from his ACL tear and might be someone who could be a viable option to pair with his former teammate Montez Sweat.

Bears sign former 3rd rounder G/C Ricky Stromberg. Sounds like he is often injured, but keep throwing darts.

Not a bad haul. I was 0-4 on the picks though lol. Colston Loveland, TE Luther Burden, WR Ozzy Trapilo, OT Shemar Turner, DT An offense of Williams, Swift, Moore, Odunze, Burden, Kmet, Loveland is kind of insane. Kmet may end up as the Bears 5th pass catching option. I think Tyler Scott is a cut candidate, same with Pickens now that they drafted Turner. The trade down helped out a lot, the Bears got their guys and their 4th rounder back where they can go RB or S, I would assume.

After the major offseason moves, the main roster snap counts come down to the following: 2020 - Trubisky, Fuller, Leno, Massie, RRH, and Patterson 2021- Fields, Trufant, Jenkins, Daniels, Goldman, and Cohen/Williams Fields replaces Trubisky, huge upgrade regardless if Fields starts immediately or not. Jenkins and Daniels on the O-Line vs Leno and Massie is an upgrade in my eyes. Goldman back for RRH is an upgrade, and the backfield touches of Patterson to Cohen/Williams as an RB is an upgrade. There has been a lot of talk about the surprise and promise of our young team. Did anyone here or nationally predict 8-4? Nah. We have also read some very good analysis that shows we are amongst the top of the league in many aspects. But yet some are pessimistic about the remainder of the season. This year has truly shown me that one or two plays can swing the balance of any game. We have seen that in all four of our losses this year. This season anything can happen. Don't look for the window to be open next year, because it is open now!
