Williams' Bear Debut May Be Near According to an article in the Chicago Sun-Times we may see Williams on the field a lot sooner than many of us thought. Now I see why they kept him on the roster. I doubt we see him as a starter until after our bye week but according to the article we might see him test the waters a few snaps before the bye.

JUDGE RULES IN FAVOR OF WILLIAMS AND WILLIAMS Posted by Michael David Smith on December 3, 2008, 7:28 p.m. Minnesota Vikings defensive tackles Pat Williams and Kevin Williams have won a big victory in their efforts to avoid being suspended by the National Football League KSTP-TV in Minneapolis is reporting that Judge Gary Larson has issued a temporary restraining order against the NFL. That means, for now, that Williams and Williams should be allowed to play Sunday. The Williamses said they were heading straight from the courthouse to the Vikings’ practice facility. However, this is far from over. KSTP reports that another hearing is expected in the next fe…

(Photo by Joe Scarnici/Getty Images) Getty Images As a Bears and Raiders wide receiver in the 1980s and 1990s, Willie Gault was one of the fastest players in the NFL. Now Gault is 55 years old. And he’d still beat a lot of NFL players in a footrace. Gault was named USA Track & Field’s athl…

Willie Young is out playing both Jared Allen and Lamar Houston so with Ratliff being hurt He should be the answer at DE and Houston should go inside as well as Sutton getting more plays he was decent as well.

Young and the Bears have agreed to a two-year extension through 2018, Adam Caplan of ESPN reports. Young had been entering the final season of the three-year contract he signed in 2014. https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/640192571986329601 Makes sense considering we have McPhee, Allen, Houston, Acho, and potentially Bass already on the outside. With the need for another Special Teamer (due to Perry injury), I could see them going with Anderson, Timu, and Wells over Young, Foster, and Bostic.

Not surprising at all. He had his hand on the ground a lot more today while the Bears were in nickel and he still didn't make any plays. If we can get a 6th for him, I say let's move on.

Jeff Dickerson ESPN Staff Writer Bears receiver Marquess Wilson re-fractured his foot, John Fox confirmed on Friday. This is the third time Wilson has broken the same foot. He is likely headed to injured reserve. His career may be over. He is having major foot issues which remind me of Yao Ming's. (same foot even)

http://www.chicagobears.com/news/article-1...a6-53aecf7c37c1 Wilson is out again; I think this is it for him with the Bears. Also notable, Royal is out for the next game too. Like Royal, I say let him go.

https://www.cbssports.com/fantasy/football/news/bears-javon-wims-injury-not-major/ Wims only suffered a slight knee sprain in Thursday's win over the Cowboys, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Wims' injury isn't deemed to be major. However, a recovery timeline has yet to be announced. Having played on Thursday, the 25-year-old has the benefit of a few extra days to heal before the Bears take on Green Bay in Week 15. ----------------- I wouldn't be surprised to see him play against GB given the extra days of rest.

I think there IS meaning that can be taken from this game. It was a meaningful game to GB, and it was still a day that saw the beloved sitting a bunch of hurt or out players and we still took it to them. What meaning to take? 1. Lovie's defense is still best when its forcing turnovers, and that's an easy catch 2. Moose if finished. That ball hit him squarely in the hole of the top part of his 8 on his jersey. 3. Turner finally remembered what it means to dedicate the offense to running the ball 40 times. It wasn't pretty, but it was enough to get first downs, and to get the offensive line out of their funk. They weren't exactly stellar, but they …
