One tough son of a bitch young man to reveal that. I can't believe how hard that must of been. He must have great control and medical protocols to keep under control. To have never been publicly reveled before. I have no idea how humans respond to or control such a thing. We have a dog that suffers from the same condition. We're happy to go a month and a half with out a seizure. First one came a week after we picked her up from the rescue group. Thought she was dying and we had some how poisoned her. It's a daily battle to try and prevent the next one. But as my wife says she is our forever dog. I only hope for the best for him but his draft stock seems tough…

Tashaun Gipson is the free agent I was hoping to resign. I thought he played well last year considering Eddie Jackson lacklustre play. Another year of familiarity with the Bears and playing for a good contract I hope he plays great and gets rewarded by the Bears. I now feel that safety isn’t a need and Pace can draft best player available or trade up to get a QB prospect. I hope it’s the former and my ideal scenario is trade back in the first to a desperate team and pick up another 2nd. I wouldn’t be against giving up next years first for a high 2nd and another pick or 2. I would love to come away with 2 OT’s, a developmental QB, a CB and TE with these picks m…

Pace has had me totally fooled throughout his tenure, yet I still try to figure out his mindset. This is my last attempt before the draft. 20. Tevin Jenkins OT Oklahoma St. Hoping this puts Leno Jr. on the June 1st cut list 32. Pace trades back into the first round gives up 52 in 2021, 2nd in 2022 and Anthony Miller Kyle Trask QB Fla 83. Shaun Wade CB Ohio St. If his meds check out we have 2 young CBs for the future. 164. Alaric Jackson OT Iowa if Pace is in true job security mode another OT prospect for depth and starting potential is needed. 204. Jonathon Cooper Edge Ohio St. Robert Quinn consider yourself one and done 208. Tyre…

The Bears have 3 picks in the first 83. It would be really nice to trade back at some point and pick up a 4th, then get 4 of the top 100 prospects from these positions (2x OT, WR, CB).

I still think moving up to #10 would be enough to get one of the top 5 QBs. Will it be worth it? I think it would be if you only had to give up a 2022 2nd and a 2021 3rd (obviously including #20 in 2021). Like I said before, I think this scenario is highly likely because it essentially buys Pace/Nagy more time.

The bears signed Goodwin. Another case of Pace signing players that allow him to build the roster and draft not just out of need?

So the Bears are one fo the first teams to have players vote to skip voluntary workouts. Tell me Nagy has this locker room, and these guys will give it all to win. This team is past its expiration date.

If the Bears miss out on the top 5 (Lawrence, Wilson, Fields, Lance, Jones), here are the next 5 in the QB top 10. Who would you take, and when? 1. (3-4th Round) Kyle Trask - 88.5 QBR, 27 games, 7386 yds, 67.9%, 9.1 Y/A, 69 TD, 15 INT, 168.5 Rating, 54 Rushing Yds, 8 TD (impressive passing numbers in just 27 games, but his immobility scares me). 2. (3-4th Round) Davis Mills - 77.4 QBR, 14 games, 3468 yds, 65.5%, 7.9 Y/A, 18 TD, 8 INT, 141.9 Rating, 86 Rushing Yds, 3 TD (I don't know why people have him rated so high, for a college QB, limited experience, a mediocre TD/INT Ratio, no rushing ability, what is the deal here?) 3. (3-4th Round) Kellen Mond - 74.9 QBR, …

Everyone please reply with your top 5 needs in order. I'll compile, throw in a draft, and we can whittle down to something everyone agrees on. As in previous years, please don't post a mock in this thread. Keeping track of multiple mocks is impossible. If you don't like a draft or if you love a draft because of a specific player, just say so. Similar to before, I won't insert my wants or bias to the best of my ability. And Go!!

Multiple teams? Wow, I wouldn't expect much back for Miller.

So, if this works out the way Yates says here, if you are the Bears, do you jump to #4 (ATL) or #5 (CIN) and take Fields? Some think DET may also take one at #7. So unless you are in the top 6, you will probably not get one of the first 4 QBs selected. I wouldn't do that and would rather take a chance on Trey Lance without having to mortgage the farm (again).

So the jets traded for Darnold. Is Bridgewater too expensive to keep now?. And does that put eight into play? If one of the top five is available at eight should the Bears offer Foles and picks for the pick? Foles would be a good backup for Darnold who should be given the starting job. Unless they are doing a total QB reset and see Darnold as a backup. High price to pay though.

So I was curious about how many true hits and misses Pace has had over the last 6 years. Everyone talks about Trubisky, Shaheen (whiffs) or Jackson, Amos (hits), but what about all the others. Bullard and Grasu in the 3rd? Jordan Morgan? Langford and Ridley in the 4th? So I gave a value for each round (1st = 7 to 7th = 1), then either gave Pace credit for the hit (positive value), or negative for a miss. A player needs to play at least 50% of the snaps to be a hit. Using that basic criteria, Pace is a -2 overall, meaning an autodraft or monkey could've done better. That does not include trades, which would change the value of a lot of picks (makes Trubisky worse, etc). He…

Here it is, in a nutshell. Pace made Andy Dalton sound like the next Tom Brady and Nagy will resume play calling duties because Dalton is good enough to run the plays that are called from his back.

Bears at Raiders the new game. Rosters can now be 55 with 48 active on gamedays, plus 2 for both. So there will be a lot more movement at the bottom of rosters.

Miami traded #3 to SF for #12, 2021 3rd, and SF's First Rounders in 2022 and 2023. Miami then traded #12 and their 2022 first-rounder to Philadelphia for #6 So it ends up almost like a 3-team deal: Miami trades #3 and their 2022 1st for #6, 2021 3rd, 2022 1st (SF), 2023 1st (SF). Philadephia trades #6 for #12 and 2022 1st (MIA) SF trades #12, 3rd Rounder, 2 future 1sts for #3

On NFL.com there is an article that Miami has cut Isaiah Wilson whom they received from Tennessee in a recent trade. Wilson was a 1st pick with Tennessee and his draft profile projected him as a RT prospect. Wilson might be claimed well before the Bears can pick him up at 20 but there seems to be some character issues such as not attending meetings. There are some issues with the police but if the culture in the building is as fantastic as Pace and Nagy say could this help Wilson get back on track. Wilson must be as good or better as Germaine Ifedi so worth a punt. Probably signs with the Patriots as becomes a quality starting RT.
