The good - GB getting their arces handed to them. The bad - How much more pathetic does last weeks debacle look when GB looks so damn bad tonight? The good - One less team tied w/ us for 1st place. The bad - We have to play NO in a couple weeks, and watching them own what was considered an elite pass defense worried me what they can do to ours. Okay, thats enough. To hell w/ it. I know I've been absent from the board for most of the season but work had called. I still have been fuming over what transpired the last 2 months or so. It is difficult to make any significant changes during a regular week. You can tweak this or that, but larger scale changes are difficult during a regular week, when you have to spend about 1/2 the week specifically game planning for the opponent, rather than focusing too much on internal changes. So often teams look to the bye week as an opportunity to make larger scale changes. Also a time when many teams make coaching changes/adjustments, which also affect scheme. Unless the absolute second-coming of Walter Payton is available when the Bears draft at 3.26, they should trade the pick. A fricken QB to build a team around

With the new CBA coming up and free agency about to start who do you think we need to really go after? IMHO we need to go after offensive lineman such as either Carl Nicks from the Saints or logan Mankins from the Patriots or one of the two from the Falcons. And next would be a big WR like Malcom Floyd or V Jackson from the Chargers or Sidney Rice or Plaxico Burress. As for my i wish we would but dont stand a chance .....would be Nnamdi Asomugha CB from the Raiders.

After watching Ray Lewis "a football life" on NFL network I was thinking he should be brought into Chicago as our defensive quality control coach and groomed to be our future def coordinator. The dude was a stud who played the game the right way and clearly is a leader of men with a passion for excellence.
