I like to compare TJ as a rook to Forte as rook. In doing so, there is no comparison as TJ didn' have his first 1000 yd season until he was with the Bears some 5 yrs into his career. Further, TJ was a top 10 pick. Forte a second rounder. Don't get me wrong - I like TJ. However, it took him several yrs to establish himself in the league. Forte is there in yr one. Peace

I don't think Lovie made the decision to trad TJ. I think that was all on JA based on the fact he wanted to put in his #1 pick. You want to be mad at someone, be mad at JA. BTW - I love what we have seen from Forte and could care less about Benson and Jones. Peace

Sorry, Berrian wasn't worth the coin he was paid. He is a nice player but he is not a #1. Don't forget we will most likely be getting a 3rd for him. Peace

You know, as much as I want to see the Bears succeed, if they do not make the playoffs it is there own fault. They should have 2 more wins but pissed down there legs against Atl and TB. AZ will be one in done in the playoffs. They suck. Peace

Maybe, just maybe, he would be able to sniff the rushing yds that Forte has but I seriously doubt it. However, he is no where near the complete football player Forte is. Forte buries him when it comes to blocking and pass catching. It's not even close. Further, lets talk about heart and determination. Did you see who made the tackle on the 2nd int by Orton the other day? It was Forte. Ced would have been heading to the sidelines. In fact, my bet is Ced never even comes back on the field after the injury. Peace

I think we went into the year asking him to do way, way too much. They should have taken kickoffs away from him much earlier. He has shown drastic improvement at WR for us and I agree he could be a solid #2 someday. The problem at this time is the rest of the WRs that are in the rotation suck. We need 2 to 3 new WRs in the rotation. Peace

1 - Anthony Adams is much, much better than Dusty. Next yr, he should be starting. 2 - Manning is playing much better at nickle now that he is the kick returner. Maybe he needed some success on the field to give him confidence on defense. 3 - We need an actual free safety. Brown and Payne are both SS. 4 - Lloyd made a nice catch but also made a crucial drop. He needs to go. We need 2 to 3 new wrs in the rotation next yr. 5 - Robbie Gould is worth every penny he is paid. He set a Bears record yesterday with 3 consecutive 100 point seasons. 6 - Keep throwing the deep ball to Hester. Alot more goog can happen than bad. 7 - Alex Brown loves those back up tackles. On the SCORE they were saying he would be the defensive player of the yr every year in the CFL as all the NFL tackle rejects end up there. Props to him on a good game. 9 - Props to Url. That was his best game since last yr. Peace

I actually think Devin has taken positive steps at WR the last few games. Not sure he will ever be a #1 but I think he could be a good #2. Please go get a #1 to take the pressure off of him. Peace
