  1. First the call the fake punt catch by Peterson and then the no call on the absolute mugging of Olson at the end of the game. Glad we won but this game should have never gone to overtime. Peace
  2. Don't hold your breath. You do realize that NE that one of the top 3 staffs in the league and most players with talent should be lights out there. Peace
  3. He was one of the up-men on kickoffs last yr and the beginning of this yr. He did have 2 to 3 nice returns on kick offs that went away from Hester. Peace
  4. BrianBear & Drunkbomber - bring us a win. I will be sitting this one out. My niece's husband is taking 3 of his friends. For some reason, he likes these late season nite games (he went to the Atlanta game 3 yrs ago). Talk about cold - wow. Peace
  5. Great post. He was a reach pick but he has not been used correctly. He has excelled at special teams and needs to be given chances on offense. This staff is going to run Forte into the ground. Peace
  6. Got to go with McNabb at this time. Cleveland is done. McNabb has the hot hand. I would love to say Kyle but I still think he is not 100%. Good luck. Peace
  7. This is the season. Crap or get off the pot. Bears 27- Saints 24. Gould with a game winner. We score either a defensive or special teams touchdown. Peace
  8. Bennett and McBride were both gunners last week and both made very nice tackles. I would assume this doesn't change. This new kid won't play this yr - bank on it. Peace
  9. Bennett has been active (6 or 7 games this yr) and has played (primarily on special teams). He had 3 tackles last week. I would assume he will move up a rung this week with Booker's injury. No way is this new guy active this yr. They are most likely looking at him for training camp next yr. Peace
  10. Boldin will definately cost more. Peace
  11. From the Sun Times: http://blogs.suntimes.com/bears/2008/12/be...oster.html#more Peace
  12. I would agree. We need to keep our draft picks to fill the other holes we have. Peace
  13. I agree with everything you said except trading for Boldin. Cost will most likely be too high and we have too many other issues to resolve. Peace
  14. Saw it in the message board on the Bears site. http://www.redskins.com/gen/players/Devin_Aromashodu.jsp Peace
  15. Agreed 100% except the game is on Thursday not this weekend unless you have a 4 day weekend coming up. Peace
  16. For the contract he signed at the beginning of the yr, that is really all he should be. The issue is not with Davis but with the scouting and the coaching (Darryl Drake I'm calling you out). Peace
  17. Well, you have to consider Olsen. Also, you are leaving out Beekman, Graham, Payne, and McBride (plus Roach who he pulled from the SD practice squad). All of them have contributed this year. Peace
  18. Looks like Jones will be active again. I'm sure Bears88 will be happy. Peace http://blogs.suntimes.com/bears/2008/12/ha...fe_34.html#more
  19. You don't cut Davis especially when you just lost Wolfe for the rest of the season. He is making marginal salary and is a very good special teams player. Instead, you make sure he is not one of your top 3 wrs. That is the problem - he is getting way too many reps. Bennett should be getting all of his reps on offense. Peace
  20. Maybe Bennett will actually see the field on offense. Peace http://blogs.suntimes.com/bears/2008/12/bo...acked.html#more
  21. Ding, ding, ding - on the button. Get Drake the hell out of town. How many more rookie WRs do we want him to underdevelop? Time for a change of direction. Peace
  22. Bennett needs to get his reps - no doubt. He is a nice special teams player and a 4th or 5th receiver but he is not a #3. Peace
  23. Ok - let's just relax. Let's keep this as a friendly conversion. Everyone's input is valued. Peace
