But he was used as an example of a head coach who came from the college ranks and had success. He was in the NFL for 10 years before he got the opportunity as a head coach. My point, again, is I simply don't want a head coach coming straight from college with no NFL experience. I have no issues with them coming in from college as an assistant coach first and working their way to head coach. Peace

The problem with any assistant on a staff that is in the playoffs is we have to wait until they are out of the playoffs to hire them. If Emery feels likes McCoy is the guy, or any other assistant in the playoffs, I have no issues with waiting. Peace

I count at least 6 dropped touchdown passes this year. If Bennett catches the pass against Seattle, we win that game. If Hester and Jeffrey catch passes against Minnesota, we win that game. Marshall dropped a TD against Green Bay at the beginning of the season that could have changed that game. Cutler made some big mistakes, but his wide receivers did not help him at times. Peace
