Hits and misses I totally get. No problem whatsoever there. Funny though last yr he gets popped for PEDs. The team makes him a captain this yr and now he gets popped again. I know it's just coincidence. Not putting blame on anyone unless the front office decides to keep him around even longer

Bears just announced he's suspended starting immediately for 10 games due to violation of PED again. Have to think the bears cut ties with him soon. What's tough to think of is the team made for him a captain even after he was suspended last season

I'm not going to criticize the front office on Barth. It's not like kickers just grow in trees and are a dime a dozen. If Barth is still here come 2018 then everyone in the front office deserves to be fired

I've since seen schefter post that thanks to quick work they did save his leg but his knee is basically jacked right now. Very long road to recovery. I did see someone else say he won't be ready to start 2018. I honestly didn't even think he could play again after seeing that. It would be miracle if he could continue to play. And that's if he even wants to

I still don't see playoffs just because the offense is so 1 dimensional and they have to play a perfect game and still hope the defense continues to pour it on just to have a chance at victory

Yeah your exactly right about no margin for error. And it is tough to grade loggains because the WR position as a whole can't create any separation. In the few cases they did manage to create even a little bit of separation trubisky hit them but if they aren't getting open it doesn't actually Matter who the OC is

Kicker is one of the hardest positions to fill. Most teams deal with same problem we do. It sucks. Unfortunately there just aren't very many very good ones that come in and a great right away. And we didn't toss Gould so we could replace him with Barth. We cut Gould because of money. Really sucks that his replacement has been horrible. Hopefully we can find a good one in the draft next yr and better yet get some real WRs on this team for trubisky to work with so the kicker won't matter. I'm thinking we are just a couple good WRs away from being a really good team.

On 3rd down trubisky was I think 8 of 17. Not bad for a rookie QB on the road. Love what I'm see from this kid. We need to get this season over with so we can get some real WRs who can occasionally get open. He played a good game despite the horrible calls by the ref and the play calling once again. Hopefully this kid from the chargers can help trubisky

I agree moving on from him just not mid season unless it can solve a problem. That's why I'm saying after the yr

The offense is just so 1 dimensional and nothing is going to fix that this yr. The oline has done a great job of pass blocking but nobody is able to get any separation even 1 on 1. So unfortunately it's up to the defense to create things

Letting fox go mid season doesn't solve anything unfortunately

The defense has done a really good job of keeping us in the game. Need the offense to do something but will be tough especially with white hair now out and sitton at center. Need to get healthy

Now loggains goes back to bs play calling. He needs to go at end of the yr at the very least. Just attrocious

Definitely time to find a kicker who can hit from outside of 40. Has Barth made anything from 40+ my Lord. And most of the time it's not even close. Another problem is when the offense gets down near the red zone we start moving backwards. And I'm sick of seeing the way loggains is using Cohen. He needs open field. Has to hit the edge and when he uses him to run he never has a chance. I'm glad we are starting to open things up a bit. We desperately need a WR that can occasionally get open. Hopefully the new guy can help with that when he is available

Yeah I don't understand the red zone calls. Howard and oline are dominating the line of scrimmage. Why not call a play action there at least on 1 of downs early and see if someone gets open. What a throw that was to McBride. Can't put it any better
