I think Poles drafted Kiran to compete with Braxton and may end up with the better OT. I dont think it changes early. Jones did well but the neck injury may effect his future. If both are good, he could play either one at a OG if he deems it neccesary in the future. He values players that can play several posotions and wants the best 5 on the field.

Billings is the outlier. Its Dexter to NT and Walker to 3 T. or Pickens. They signed a FA Jaylon Huchings so I think they are still looking for the backup to Billings. Not sure if anyone is out there but I think they deem that more need than edge.

Someone making 10.5 mil last year, probably looking for 4 or 5 mil. with incentive. If I was in his position as this time of the season , I would take whatever I could get to get on the field. I think egos get in the way. T j Edwards is a good example, he didnt hold out to try to get big money, he took a fair contract and is playing. Even if CW doesnt play, plenty to look at. V Jones vs Wheeler at RB, V Jones vs Pettis at WR, who are the odd men out in the DB room. Backup at linebacker is up for change. Ogbombbemige- Baskerville -Sewell. Does Davis continue to play RG.

I think we are seeing him be developed in front of our eyes. He has flashed but his starts last yr gave us a better gage of his play. Gresty gave him a limited playbook when he played. Hopefully the only way we see him is in blowouts.

They have a new coach ,I expect it to take some time before the team gets up to speed. Also we are on the road and some injuries that may prevent them from being healthy to begin with.

Wheeler has some moments but how does his practice look. I seen a video where Chad Morton his RB coach was riding him for mistakes. I think if they put him on the practice squad he hasnt shown enough to be stolen. We know the first 3 RBs, V Jones will be used as a gadet player plus he plays special teams, I think he makes it. With the amount of plays the FB gets, i think he may be a cut. We save 1.6 mil with no dead money if we cut him. Roschon is a good pass blocker, maybe they use him in those spots for the FB. Pettis has decent size and speed and makes the final WR spot. The OL has played okay in the preseason even with backups filling in. CW has great pocket awareness and that helps the OL, plus his quick release. It will land in the middle of the pack as for ranking but that's much better than last year.

Some team is going to pickup some good DBs with our cuts.

Takes: Stuck with the offense until they found a rythum. Good for Flus. Lack of penalties is a good sign. Defense has a lot of energy snd keep getting TOs Daniel Hardy probably makes the roster. play calling looks so much better. Pettis keeps pushing for WR job. CW is going to have some hiccups but his talent will always show through. A lot of games will look like this but we can still win those games. Roster is very strong, lots of cuts will be picked up. Kudos to Poles. Cudos to Flus too, he called out Davis and not he's back, keeps pushing the defense , like the DBs rushing the passer. He let CW stay on the field for the first half.

Defense is going to be good, i dont care if Burrow isnt playing.
