One of our biggest needs are at safety. McCourty is the top rated and will go for 8-10 mil a year. From what I have read Moore will carry a 4-5 mil contract and another name I like is Searcy from Buffalo who will carry a 4-5 mil contract. So why not fix the safety position for years to come with 2 young upgrades instead of grabbing McCourty? I think someone already suggested this just couldnt find the thread it was in.

It inspired me to do a quickie Google of the terms "herniated disc recovery". Well, I'll be damned if the first full page isn't full of free information on how exercise is the number one cure. For the keeper league, I got the email that we have moved the draft up to tomorrow "early afternoon". Can we set a time? I don't know if we are talking about noon or 3pm, or if we are going to do it earlier or later, or what. Family is wanting to do some stuff, and while they understand I have the draft, I would like to know when it is so I can plan around it.

Ok I have read all the things I can here, From the extreme of one side saying it Orton, to another saying its Turner. The funny thing is we dominated every quarter on time possession and percentage of total net yards. We out played TB in almost every aspect of the game. With exception of the number passes. But our average of net yards per pass was greater then TB. Offensively The Bears are on track as wierd as it may seem, at least by the stats. Defensively its another story. Babich maybe the culprit or maybe Lovie wanting him to run it it a certain way. But either way you look at it, it smells pretty bad. Holding TB to 47 total rushing yards say the D line …

With Green Bay's loss today, they are pretty much eliminated from the picture. However, we have an up hill battle to climb to overtake the Vikings. Our next three games are fairly tough games, IMO, but the Vikings have a brutal 3 game stretch with Arizona, Atlanta, and New York Giants. The biggest thing holding us back from the playoffs are ourselves. In the past four games (including today), we have only played 2 good halves, IMO. Our first half vs. the Jags today, and our first half vs. the Rams. Hell, if you think about it, our last good game was vs. the Eagles (I don't count at the Lions as they don't count as a team).
