Our Defense has been good/great for awhile, the difference this year is Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jefferies. They have been helping us with first downs/time of possesion, which helps out the defense able to rest more. Boy did I hate the last 10 years when the offence kept getting 3 and outs and watching the defense get up off the bench like " Man can we get a little more rest"? Last night when Tillman got the pass interferance call in the endzone I thought, and still believe Urlacher tipped the ball and was shocked that lovie or the announcers did not notice this. If anybody taped the game please look at that play and let me know what you think. Also Suh's tackle o…

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2012/...isfranc-injury/ Amazing. No Tweet from Cutler calling him a pu$$y. Karma's a bitch Maurice. I don't like seeing guys hurt. But, I don't feel sorry for the guy either.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/categ...or-mill/page/2/ The former first-round pick has chosen to sign with the Rams today, according to Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. That means he’s about to board a plane bound for London, where his new team plays the Patriots Sunday. Williams had previously visited the Eagles, Cardinals and Chargers, before making the decision to sign with the Rams. There will be an opportunity to play quickly, as the Rams line has been a patchwork affair all season. Of course, how Williams handles jet lag might also be a factor.

Here are my short recaps for this Sunday's games: NFC GB 30 - 20 STL, close until mid-4th, GB has no running game, Rodgers now with 2 straight games with QB Rating over 130, wow. GB a very one-dimensional team, surprised teams have not been able to exploit that yet. Leading rusher Green was 20-35 and that was with a 15 yarder. GB now 4-3. They will easily win next week vs JAX, but I can see ARZ the following week posing a threat with their strong Defense. Next week, STL welcomes NE into town. MIN 21 - 14 ARZ, Ponder with 58 yards passing and they still win (Grossman-esque vs ARZ), Skelton sacked 7 times and MIN defense scores on INT. ARZ defense still pr…

1. Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama --Assuming the Bears are selecting in the 20's, this guy would be a great pick. It's clear that Rachal isn't the answer. Spencer sucks. Louis is in a contract year. At 6'4" 320, Warmack is arguably the best OL on the best team in college football. 2. William Gholston, DE, Michigan State --The Bears have never been shy about selecting DL, and why would they? Melton's in a contract year, Peppers has been silent since week 2 it seems, McClellin is getting there (slowly), Idonije is old, and Wootton could get hurt at any time. Gholston is a freak physically (6'7" 280) who's had a down year thus far but last year was a beast. 4. Jelani Je…

I thought he played very well against Dallas, practically stoning his opposition on each play. He didn't stop there as he did it again vs Jacksonville. Against Green Bay, St Louis, and Indianapolis, I thought he was solid as well. His contract is up after the year. What do they do with him?

http://www.prosportsdaily.com/articles/pla...ars-728416.html I for one am good with someone like Burress coming to Chicago. I think it evident in his last attempt at playing in NY wasn't as much to blame on him as much the circus that is known as the NY Jets. Burress would like to give it another go and probably could be had for cheap. And if it doesn't work out, and he signed low, the Bears could dump him after Jeffery is back. http://www.prosportsdaily.com/articles/bea...nse-728370.html And the idea of the team doing no-huddle sounds like a splendid idea. With as much as Jay is effective on the run, it would only highlight his skill set. That and sin…

Good or bad thing for the Bears? I thought he was essentially ineffective for them and gave them a false sense of security at the running game. He also didn't lose the ball much but that was only a matter of time before he did. I would think this is good for the Bears as the other RB's on GB are all unproven. Hopefully this makes them even more one-dimensional.
