I'm just curious why there is no discussion, or someone promoting Lattimore with the 3rd pick? He's clearly the top rated CB in this draft with a grade nearly as high as the top two safeties. Traditionally CB has higher value than Safety so it seems some among us would be on the soap box for him. Is it because of his hamstring injury history? Depth at the position in the draft? Or because we signed two FA CB so the need is a bit less? Most here agree with the idea of taking a CB in Rd 2. Is Lattimore just not good enough to warrant the 3rd overall pick? For this draft to be an upgrade from past drafts. Pick 1. A no brainer once Cooper and Williams were gone. However, anything less then a B. Marshall career will turn what could be a great pick into just another Bears failure at first round WR's. 2. Filled the biggest need on D with a better be starter day one. I know there are a lot of if's, but if the 2 vets work out, and the rookies play to their potential, could this possibly be the best group of LB's ever? Just seems like I have never seen a team with 5 LB's that could potentially be starters. I am really excited about this bunch.
