  1. http://sports.yahoo.com/news/tom-brady-mak...-032756207.html First 4 games comparison: 2007 (during the deflate gate time span ) = 1,118 13TD's, 2 INT 2015 (12.5 psi balls being used) = 1,387, 11 TD's, 0 INT's Yes, screwing with the pressure of the ball is completely wrong. Not debating that, but what I said over and over when this happened was that Tom Brady will do what Tom Brady has always done with a 12.5 psi ball or a 11.5 psi ball or a 13.5 psi. The PSI of a ball doesn't matter, Tom Brady is one of the best if not thee best to ever play the game.

He is so important to this team. He has to be one of the most undervalued RB in the league. Currently he is leading the league in rushing. If he keeps this up over the course of the year showing no signs of slowing down the Bears better think about resigning him. I get that RB's after 30 slow down and hope Forte's contract demands are not too high. Maybe he would give the Bears a home town discount.

  3. Some trolls here are having a sad. On the other hand, real fans can take heart in the team showing improvement each week. Frankly they looked better against the Packers in week 1 than expected and then had a few games where they looked like last year's version of the Bears. Recently they've played some teams who, like themselves, aren't in the top tier of the league. But a road win is solid regardless of the opponent. And the manner in which they've won the last two games has been impressive no matter if you love Jay or not. Putting together those "captain comeback" type of drives are exactly why the Bears paid him the big bucks. Unfortunately he can't pull a w…

Was just talking to my Buddy who is a Browns fan, he mentioned The Raven are not good. I responded jokingly that Trestman is their OC and that's why. 20 mins later on Twitter I see this article: https://www.profootballfocus.com/blog/2015/...not-jay-cutler/ Hope Cutler gets better each week and continues with this play. Do it for a complete season!!!

Is it me, or did both our 2-pt attempts look like they had no chance even if completed? I would like to think we have a little more up the sleeve next time we have to go for 2...

Jaquizz Rodgers was placed on the season ending IR. Bears signed home run hitting Antone Smith. I liked Quiz, but I wanna see more Langford....and Antone Smith could add a a speed element were lacking. Think D'Anthony Thomas and the way he scored on the Bears yesterday.

  7. http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/footb...1012-story.html So, where does the team stand? When you have players like Porter and Cutler (yes I said Cutler) who can somehow play "hurt" with a bad hammy...this continues with AJ? I know he needs to be near 100% to be really effective but c'mon! Theoretically since he's not doing much now he won't have much value come 'new contract' or when other teams come sniffing.

I wonder what the point of releasing and re-signing David Fales to the practice squad achieved. Was he on the 53 man roster before or just the PS?

Kevin White was at practice doing some side work. Fox said he's been doing indoor work and has progressed to grass. Really encouraging stuff. Probably still out 4-6 weeks I'd guess but that's a whole lot sooner than I thought (I thought he'd be gone all year). I know playoffs sound crazy, but tread water around .500 till White (and Alshon) comes back, and explode through the last 5-6 weeks and boom, playoffs.

  10. http://chicago.suntimes.com/sports/7/71/1024518/bears-3 Good article with a lot of quotes from Fangio. Very evident how much Fangio likes Shea. People need to get over his sucking from past schemes, he's now playing the position he was always a fit for. Lets also remember Fangio is not one just to say nice things about people. He's been very up front with the media on players and his rep is as a straight-shooter.

http://247sports.com/Bolt/Bears-release-injury-report-for-Thursdays-practice--40276951 Bears DNP: Rolle - likely out McClellin- Likely out Mitchell Ferguson Limited: Eddie Royal, Jeffery, Bellamy, Bushrod, Ratliff, Sutton, McPhee, Omameh Does anyone know how long Rolle and Shae will be out? I haven't seen anything on how bad the Shae injury was. I cant wait to see this offense with a healthy Alshon and Royal!!!

At this point Detroit has nothing to lose and with players getting benched in the middle of the last game I expect a hard fought game. Given all the injuries we're stacking up it's hard to know which players will take the field. I think Bushrod will start but I'm not sure that's a good thing against Ansah's speed. Alshon seems like he'll be back but I think he'll be in a limited role. Marcellus Bennett is questionable too. Detroit is ranked lower than us in run defense and their pass defense is more solid. I think we'll go heavy and try to run on Detroit, or keep extra blockers in as protection and let a 2-3 WRs run around until they get open. Leno has played…

    1. Play calling on our side was poor. So many times in the red zone with nothing by FG's. Why run it in OT when you were moving the ball effectively through the air. Playaction... 2. Pass rush was non-existent. 3. Jay can't throw the pick in the red zone. Basically, this was the Lions' game. They were due for an uptick, and we were due for a downtick. It played out that way thanks to the refs as well. We still have a long way to go. But, we were competitive til the end. I just hate how conservative we went in OT. You just know the Lions were going to get something...you can't keep giving them a chance to win it. Coaching C QB B -/ C+ (t…

http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/footb...1019-story.html I'm pretty sure Callahan played poorly on special teams earlier in the year giving up the early kickoff TD to Cardinals and was put back to the practice squad so there isn't much to like about this move. At one point on the sidelines Hurst was shown trying to loosen up a hamstring. I have no idea if he's injured (two weeks before next game?) or what he did to lose his job after helping force that second punt turnover by pushing Fuller into the ball.

Cutler is currently 19th with a 2.30% with 4 INTs out of 174 pass attempts. That equates to 1 INT every 43.5 attempts or 1 INT for every 26.5 completions. Winston 4.61% Manning 4.22% Luck 4.22% Fitzpatrick 4.09% Stafford 3.80% (should have one more) Foles 3.55% Cousins 3.51% Tannehill 3.50% Bradford 3.33% Mariota 3.11% Taylor 2.92% Bortles 2.89% Flacco 2.83% Kaepernick 2.81% Bridgewater 2.74% Mallett 2.72% Palmer 2.59% Newton 2.55% Cutler 2.30% Rivers 1.98%
