The longer the team waits the more costly it will be for them to sign him. Oakland- W: Nobody really has a book on Caleb Haine yet, and I think we can use that to our advantage early on in his first few starts. The Raiders will likely beat themselves with penalties (They are the most penalized team in the league) and Carson Palmer will throw a few up for grabs on occasion.
