He signed a 5M contract last year after putting up 9 sacks, this year he's less productive because he's apart of a deep Seahawk defense that rotates 4 DEs, I can imagine the Bears can get him for that same amount per year on a multi year deal.

Browns Release Pryor I know many people here had interest in him at draft time. Is he worth a look? Is Jackson enough promise to not think about it? Since Amos is going to get paid 6-8 mil a year, I don't see him back. He has played well but isn't a playmaker, so that should not be hard to replace. Bush is the obvious choice and may do well, but keep this name in mind. Clayton Geathers, 6.2 220 , had 87 tackles last year with 3 PDs and 1 forced fumble. He was drafted by Pagano in Indy and will not command a big contract.

He's fast and that was a speedy exit. Nagy says there was too much competition. I say for that much athletic talent to get cut this early he had to be lazy in meetings, study habits, or in the training room not rehabbing like he should. Did anyone see the GB-ATL game on MNF? The announcers were gloating over how good Aaron Rodgers played, but no one said anything about the fact that he was throwing to wide open receivers and at times had 2 or 3 guys to choose from. That has nothing to do with Rodgers, he had the easy job. It was the scheme and play calls. You could tell that the routes played off each other to create artificial picks and rubs and cleared space in specific areas of the field. This was what every play basically looked like. Honestly, I had never heard of ESPN Chicago until recently, when it was reported that ESPN Chicago was so successful that they were branching out into new markets, including here in Dallas. That was the first I heard of it, and frankly, even then forgot about it. Then I am reading ESPN and Clayton's stuff about the Bears camp, and saw the link for ESPN Chicago. There are some nice articles in there I had not seen before (Olsen & Gilbert), as well as a camp "tweeter", which is where I heard Harrison would return to practice today. Congrats to this young man for earning a starting opportunity in Week 3 of the preseason. I've been complimentary of him the last couple weeks and it seems he done as well or better in practice this week with the 1st team. Landry Tagged That pretty much takes him off the table, not that he couldn't wind up somewhere besides Miami it's more complicated. Perhaps they tagged him to buy time to work out a long term deal, and if someone wants to pony up they get compensated. With him and Robinson likely getting tagged the list of FA targets (no pun intended) is starting to shrink.
