What if we beat Dallas with the same dominance that we beat NE? So what changes ? We will be in the running for a playoff berth in a less than stellar NFC. 6 0f the next 9 games are at home. Buffalo and Philly are almost sure loses but the rest of the schedule is winnable. We have a ton of young players, are they starting to jell and play better. The answer is YES. Our seats sucked so we stood in the concourse in North endzone and watched on the Jumbo TV. Well long story short, it turned into a big old party which made it hard to watch every play. How did the Oline play? How was Tices play call? How did Cutler look overall? His numbers were not that bad... When did they pull the starters? Anyone else think Urlacher looked slow on that INT return? Maybe it was my beer googles lol Is this D fun to watch or what????

After all of us posting mocks, debating FA pickups and FA departures going forward my focus will be on how the current roster takes to this regime and how many of the veterans of the previous regime will survive this TC. I usually take a vacation and visit 1 day. I'm thinking about making a couple of days out of it when I go. What are any of the rest of you expecting to see.

Dumping Podlesh was no surprise. What's surprising is that he was the only guy cut. If more are coming, why wait? Other possible cuts include Michael Bush, Eric Weems, Peppers, and Earl Bennett. Are we going to wait to upgrade these positions? Make them go into training camp? I know Peppers has the June release date for cap reasons. Your thoughts?

2 years, 12M Finally a real TE2. He is a perennial 50 catch, 450 yard receiver. Now 18M tied to the TE group. If you take Everett's production + Swift's in the receiving game, that is basically 100 receptions a year added to the roster, while replacing Foreman and Tonyan lol.

The division is easily the best division in football, and the last 2 months of the season are going to be a bloodbath. The Bears have 6 division games left, GB and DET both have 5, and MIN has 4. Those games will ultimately decide the division and even some WC spots as we knock each other down in the conference standings. I am hoping the Bears can at least split with each team and go 3-3 in the division games. That would give the Bears a good shot at 10-7 and a WC spot. We had some debate about this over the offseason. I felt at the time since we were seeing Mizzell take snaps away from Cohen even in the playoff game that coaches felt he was maxed out. Looks like they want to pare things down even more from what he did last year. This might explain why we went after Patterson which I don't think anyone was expecting.
