  1. Yes I believe that is what we agreed to.
  2. When will we get paid. Does anyone happen to know?
  3. Hel no, I wouldn't even think about it. He is the only player on the team that I don't even consider trading.
  4. McDaniels is so retarded. It appears that so far in his 1 year there that he is going to let everyone go that he doesn't get along with. Jay Cutler and Brandon Marshall come to mind and now Nolan. This will be the Broncos 5th D Coordinator in the past 5 years and Nolan took that defense from 26th in '08 to 7th last year. That is significant and as an award he gets fired. That is just amazing. I was shocked. The defense was not the problem this year. If it wasn't for the defense the team probably would have only won a handful of games.
  5. If you are so tore about what would his family think if they read this board then what would you think if any of the McCaskey family was reading this board when people wish that they would die. Come on. Do you really think for a second that some one is going to really care what we think the team should do. No one here is disrespecting Mr. Adams. We are also just wondering what JA and company are going to do now that Dline is undermanned and Ogunleye is an UFA.
  6. I think we need to make a serious offer to Ogunleye.
  7. I don't think we get anything.
  8. Yeah I know it, apparently they are saying it might have been a heart attack. Not many people his age have heart attacks.
  9. Yeah, this is terrible. Unfortunately now we traded a 2nd pick Tampa and regardless of how that pick works out it will be much better than us who will get nothing. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Adams family. http://www.suntimes.com/1995729,bears-gain...-011710.article
  10. The great thing that I love about Tice is that he preaches a straight forward push at the line of scrimmage. Hopefully this will allow Forte to have some room to run. If he has room to run that will get the defenders off Jay's back and give him even more time to throw.
  11. Its official, we have hired Mike Tice to become our Oline Coach, this is being reported by multiple sources including Zach Zaidman, Adam Shefter and Brad Biggs. http://www.chicagobears.com/news/NewsStory.asp?story_id=6490
  12. Yeah and then next season comes around with an uncapped year and we are screwed.
  13. Your right, your absolutely right. I hold everyone accountable for this, the players for appearing not to try sometimes, I blame the coaching staff because they can't seem to call a good game plan during the game and for not getting the players to play hard for 60+ minutes every game. I blame JA for not getting the right players in hear and for paying big for the wrong guys. Then I blame Teddy for recognizing the faults of JA and still doing nothing about it.
  14. Your different because you want change in the admin however the bottom line is that you and I will always cheer for the Beloved.
  15. U are totally spot on with this. I tried to argue this point with a stupid Pucker fan that I work with and he was so stupid to believe me.
  16. How about Dan McNeil in particular. He had an article in the Tribune basically just saying what Pix just said. He said: "My hope: History repeats inself, Smith hires Yes Man, the Bears do not bust .500 and a complete makeover takes place" "My Fear: Lovie Smith's inability to secure his top choices(Jeremy Bates to the Seahawks, Perry Fewell to the Giants) as wing men means he settles for guys who actually wind up being more productive and, GULP save Smith's neck." This is what makes me sick. Alot of people hoping that we fail so miserably that we do a complete makeover. People hoping ill on Virginia and the rest of the McCaskey family just so new owners can come in and run this time. I am not pointing out anyone in particular as I don't want to point fingers but this is some of the things that I have heard in the past 2 months. The way I feel is if your rooting for the Beloved to lose how about that person stop cheering for the Bears overall and go onto another team to cheer for.
  17. I love the idea that they are asking Cutler to sit down with the candidates and offer his take. He didn't get along with Turner and Hamilton and we saw 1st hand what happened last year. Cutler is our future weather people like it or not so why not involve him in the decisioning process.
  18. What gets me is on Jan 5th at the news conference Lovie said "Believe me, people will want to come here." Well if this is true then why did Jeremy Bates turn down an interview and Perry Fewell spurned us for the Giants. If I am not mistaken I think I heard Jeremy Bates turned us down because Seattle gave him more security. Pix is right, who would want to come here knowing that more than likely its a 1 and done situation unless a miracle happens and Lovie gets us back into the playoffs.
  19. Wow, after reading that I agree.
  20. Everyone is criticizing the Bears for taking there time and making sure we get the right guy. So does everyone hope that we just jumped in immediately and rushed into all of this. I guarantee if we would have rushed into this decision everyone would complain then also. There is just no winning is there.
  21. Nope they werent looking for a d Cord anyways. According to Brad Biggs he has chosen to be the next d cord for the Giants.
  22. This is a different year because there are only a couple of teams looking for coordinators unlike in past years where you had 5 or 6 teams a coach could choose from.
  23. Your absolutely right. Alot of people just look at his INT's and stop there but if you look at his entire body of work although it may have been a bad season he did enough things that give us alot of hope. Him throwing 27 TD's was amazing. I asked all of my friends how many TD's that they thought he threw and everyone except 1 person guessed under 20. The 1 person who guessed it knows his stats extremely well. We also saw towards the end of the year that they oline played better but outside of that we saw the WR's get better and not make so many mistakes like they did at the beginning of the year. Hopefully we can take this momentum into next season. I love the fact that the Bears are being smart and interviewing alot of candidates and also having Cutler sit down with them as well.
  24. I sure hope so. He has been around for a while and been around alot of different offensive schemes from the west coast to air coryell. He is also very well respected and considered to be an up and comer.
  25. This would make since now that Lane Kiffin has left Tennessee.
