Don't ask me why but I broke down but Ced said. He said he would have 1800 yards compared to Forte who has 1115 yards. If you break it down Forte will have approximately 1280 yards on the season and Ced would end up with approximately 2056 yards which would rank him 3rd on the all time list just ahead of Barry Sanders who had 2053 in 1997 and just behind Jamal Lewis who had 2066 in 2003 and remember then with just a little luck in the remaining 2 games he would have a shot at breaking Dickerson's record of 2105 yards which has stood for 24 years. What makes him think that he is even that good considering the fact that he 2058 yards in 4 years of playing. We can sit here and complain that Forte only has around 4ypc this year but Ced is at 3.1 on the year

I loved Jones when he was hear but I love Forte even more. I am not about to compare stats cuz they can be spun so many different ways. I just look at the fact that Forte hits the LOS hard and even when he is taking on several players his feet and legs are still trying to get several yards. My biggest point is that since we have drafted Forte has he even opened his mouth yet. TJ openly complained and even sat out part of training camp. I hate players that do that. I love players like Forte because you never have to worry about them. You can just tell that he is always giving 110% out there on that field. When Forte went down this week I immediately thought back to CB. CB gets even nicked up he is out for the remainder of the game. But with Forte he not only came back but he continued to work extremely hard.

Last year when AA was given a chance I would argue that he sucked. Maybe that was because he didn't play much but he looked just completely lost year and this preseason I think he was lucky to make the team. Now all of sudden DD goes down and AA steps in and then our D starts to respond and play better. I think we have all seen how GREAT AA has looked in the recent games, but its not just him. The entire DL especially the ends(Ogun and ABrown) have been absolutely killing the pocket which then allows all of our LB's to play more of the system and sit back and hit people. I have noticed not just AA but how about Roach. Roach has played very well lately although he may not be getting the stats. It will be interesting to see was LS/JA do next year in regards to Roach DD/AA. AA and DD should fight for the spot in the preseason. I am all for competition.

I would much rather have Ocho instead TO. TO has never shut his mouth long enough for me to even consider it. Both have all the talent in the world but at least Ocho has learned to shut his mouth sometimes. We all knew sooner or later the bubble in Texas would burst. I was surprised it took this long for it to do so, and go figure he is complaining about Witten getting the ball more. If I was Romo, I would take that ball and tell TO to bend over so I can shove it where the sun don't shine. This way he wouldn't be able to complain about not getting the ball.

NO, I would not want Johnson. He hasn't done squat all year and he absolutely will kill our locker room. Our offense is not based around 1 guy. Our offense is based on everyone doing there job. Remember if Ocho doesn't get da ball he has no problems throwing da QB under the bus. If we could get him for a pair of 3rd's I would at least consider it. I wouldn't give up any thing better than that though.

Minny's final 2 games are in Minnesota unfortunately however, I still like Atlanta and da Giants. If we win out we will be 10-6 and we will at least have a good chance at either winning the division or the playoffs. Yes I am being optimistic.

I blame Olsen. If he doesn't have those 2 fumbles you can easily take off 1 of those TD's

Although we didn't get a TD it was a succesful drive. 17 plays taking almost 8 minutes off the clock. Great drive.

Forte is looking real good so far.

Its only the first quarter and I already want to hurt McGowan. Kevin Payne sure is looking good so far this game. He is flying around the field.

Just when our offense was moving Olsen fumbles. Damn it.

We are finally using Rashied. After all those times last week when we showed a possible end run we finally do run the end around and it works. The play calling is completely different from last year. Are we sure we still have the same coaches.

Great defensive play calling so far. Keep it up. Delhomme doesn't even know what to do.

Funny the "great" Vikings drop from #4 to #18. Hell they never should have been 4 to begin with. I don't get how people say they are a great team. Jackson sucks, AP is only in his 2nd year and since when was the secondary any good. This division is wide open and would not be surprised to see the Vikings finish 3rd in the division behind us and GB.

I don't know about this being to big of deal. It is reported that he was suicidal and remember this isn't the first time he has made headlines questioning his career.

If we pickup up someone for the oline I would be wanting to place Williams on the IR to free up the spot.

I know what you mean. I thought that they were going to be dumb enough to let him ago or try to sneek him onto the practice squad.

Another observation that I quickly picked up on. Why is it that when Kyle is the guy behind center the Oline does a decent job protecting him but the second that Rex is back there they forget out to do everything. Do you think the Oline has more confidence with Kyle back there just knowing that he won't lose us the game as much Rex will. The only good thing about Rex is that he has the ability to win us games. Although if Kyle keeps playing like he did last night he could turn into a household name real quick. I was getting a little excited just being able to say that we had an Offense. Not enough credit can go to Turner. He called a real nice game as well. But GREAT job Kyle. Hope to see more of this all season. Now lets just hope that the D shows up to play otherwise we don't stand a chance.

I agree, we heard so much about how Davis was looking good in camp and now he is starting to turn it on on the field now as well great to see. Kyle looked really good out there from what I saw. Stepping up into the pocket and dare I say it but he threw a ball with a nice touch on it to ensure only our guy could get in traffic as well.(referring to 1st TD I think it was). Dusty looked like a beast. The Dline was really starting to cave that line Oline, which is real good to see considering the D that we run, everything starts up front. However, JT O'sullivan and Alex Smith aren't HOF type QB's but the D made them look really good. I think it is pretty safe to say that O'sullivan has won that job.

I Agree with Harrison. One of friends was over at my house watching the draft and he telling me all about him. 1st round talent. I was a little surprised that he slipped all the way to the 4th round(i believe). I was glad we got him because so far he has stayed away and out of the media except good things. He has also gone out of his way to clean up his talent and then end of his college year last year. From what I read he started really behaving himself and cleaning up his character because he started to realize that the NFL was not looking for a person with bad character and he really wants to succeed in the NFL. Good for him.

I agree with the decision that was made but it was a little unfair. Kyle got to play against KC's defense and at home. KC's D isn't exactly good. Rex plays on the road in Seattle where it is really tough to play to begin with. Seattle's D is really good also and they love to bring the pressure all the time regardless of who they play. So yeah it was a little unfair. And now Orton will get to play against 49ers D!!!!! Are you kidding me. lol. Kike I said though I believe Lovie made the right move because I think we just needed a change. We have all seen enough of Rex to throw up.
