  1. same punishment that Greg Hardy got. not sure i agree with that.
  2. I think Artie Burns will be there with the 2nd round pick.
  3. very solid off season so far. we need to improve the oline now in either FA or thru the draft
  4. that is laughable...no way is that our draft. freak that
  5. he needs to go back to G. Draft a T or get one in FA.
  6. Langford impressed (I'm not surprised) SMC sucks (I'm not surprised)
  7. not surprised. it was an issue in college both weight and being lazy. He needs a mentor
  8. I prefer ND Smith be an OLB. I like Reggie Ragland and would be a great start to building our D
  9. excellent point. Cutler has been without several weapons on offense this year. Could you imagine what he would have done with a healthy Alshon and White Silver lining in that was we got to see what the backups could do.
  10. the OLine is freakin horrible. Damn
  11. follow this up with a solid draft and we are in business next year. OLx2, DBx2, LB what a nice game
  12. interesting you bring up Jones. I was just thinking i bet we could get Braxton Miller in the 4th. Before the injury he was a top QB.
  13. ya not good. Look, Goff does not have many weapons and some of those picks are on the WR (getting beat on the route). He obviously has the tools but has not made great decisions. We already have a QB that has all the tools but makes bad decisions so im not sure we draft another
  14. Tune into Goff vs. Utah tonight. Will be a good gauge on how good he really is. I'm going to be watching Hackenberg (PSU) next week against Ohio St. He is a good prospect that has some tools...will be interested to see how he fairs against a pretty good D i also think we need to draft offensive line help. We are slowly getting there but if we greatly improve the oline, then a 3rd round QB would be more than enough with our WR/TE/RB
  15. I don't care for his mechanics and im not sure they translate to the NFL. Looks like he short arms the ball. He can get away with it in College but not the NFL
  16. the coaching staff at least looks like they know what they are doing. Unfortunately, we just don't have the personnel yet
  17. I think Devon McCourty (Pats) was an all pro his first or second year in the league at CB then sucked...the Pats moved him to safety and he is one of the best safeties in the league. I would love for the Bears to move Fuller to safety...he has good ball skills that would shine at safety IMO
  18. im a Notre Dame fan but watched a lot of Mich St the last few years...Langford is a tough runner and fits in well with our attitude that we are building
  19. Langford will be the steal of this draft and im looking forward to him carrying the ball
  20. I would like to see the white shirts and white pants combo on the road. I always thought those were good. Keep the home uniforms...maybe break out an updated new helmet once a year
  21. “Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.”
  22. I find the faux outrage extremely entertaining. With all the other questionable things players are doing in the NFL (PEDs, drugs, assault, DUIs, guns, theft, murder etc), this is the one thing 73% of the football world is incensed about. I also think is is incredibly naive to think that this is the person or team doing these things. I understand the mob mentality when people go after the top teams or players in a sport. The Cowboys were hated during their run. The Yankees for many years were accused for buying championships for all those glory years...now the Patriots have been very successful for the last 15 years and people are sick of it. I get it but the outrage is a little silly at this point.
