The more I think about it cutting Robbie was the right move. Since last season "Gould as Gold" has became "good as false gold". The preseason inaccuracies along with his contract has ceased his fate as becoming expendable. Pace has shown this team since day one that performance matters and you better be a good character guy as well or your gone. Thanks Robbie for your production as a Bear and good luck to where ever you land except when you play against Chicago!

With all the trades makes me think Ryan Pace is drafting with a Fanspeak Premium account! In reality this team is rebuilding and hopefully this strategy of stockpiling talents will get this team back in the playoffs sooner than later!

Over the past decade or so how has drafting a running in the first round worked out for the Bears? To help jog your memory I'll name two recent picks: Cedric Benson and Curtis Enis. Both were a wasted picks that hurt this team for years. NO TO RUNNING BACKS IN FIRST ROUND!

I'd trade Bennett for a decent draft pick or starting caliber position of need of need. Then the team could have Rob Housler as the blocking TE and Miller as the receiving TE. Also, being in another free agent or draft a TE for depth.

Looking at the NFC North, the Packers have made the playoffs 7 straight seasons while the Bears have done so only 4 times in the last 20 years! I like the Bears current coaching and GM situation as well as the direction they are taking this team. Cincy and Green Bay have maintained consistency with at HC and GM and hopefully the Bears can finally do the same and are able to keep this group together for 3-5 years so that we can get some cohesion and develop a winning culture!

I could see the Bears keeping Forte for another season or two at the right price and would be fine with it. Bennett hss neen inconsistent this season and did not look healthy most of the year. With that said I wouldn't cut him but would consider trading him to Seattle for a third round pick.

Just finished watching game on dvr. Disappointed in the loss. I really like Millers play this year and thought he look very good last year in the preseason which was negated by season ending IR. Cutler looks very comfortable in the style offense and he is playing his best football of his career this season. Hopefully we can keep the coaching staff together for a couple more seasons. The only game the bears have been embarrassed this season was the Seattle game. By the way Clausen had a similar result against the hawks as a member of the Ravens today. Is it me or are the bears not calling passing plays to the middle that much this season? Feels like they are avoiding this area.
