Week 7 Official Game Loss Thread - CHI @ NE , +8, O/U 39.5, MNF 10/24, 7:15PM CT - ESPN

Im guessing Dallas is thinking they should rest him against Chicago because they see the Bears as a non-issue. Both he and Pollard are relatively interchangeable at this point. Pollard has 375 yds at 5.6 yds per carry and Elliott has 443 at 4.1. It takes away some depth and interchangeability for them. I see it as sitting Monty to let Herbert carry the load.- Roster stuff
And this week’s mid-week injury report not as good as last weeks’. Shows Patrick and Borom both as Not Practicing. Borom evidently was concussed. Two starters for the line potentially not available. How’s Leatherwood looking these days? ??- Roster stuff
Yup. Appears that is the trend. Dan Wierderer and others are saying the same. It was also mentioned that Pringle’s 21 day IR window will be open so he can start attending practices. Maybe available to play after this weekend.- OL still a desperate need
Agree. Sounds as though Whitehair is due back from IR soon (I honestly forgot he was there). He’s played C before. Maybe they should try him there again until they get a suitable option from somewhere else not named Mustipher.- Roster stuff

- Fields compared to other QBs
I’ll compare Fields here to Aaron Rodgers and say I’m pretty damn sure Fields wouldn’t throw his teammates under the bus. In fact he tried to talk up IHM after he lost that integral fumble during the Vikings game. This a quote from Rodgers while on the Pat McAffee podcast. What a complete d-bag.- Roster stuff
Haven’t seen anything official on the Lucas Patrick injury from last night. What we do know is he was carted off (from the sideline) and was ruled “doubtful” for the remainder of the game. In the meantime, some forensic evidence of how the injury may have occurred.- Week 7 Official Game Loss Thread - CHI @ NE , +8, O/U 39.5, MNF 10/24, 7:15PM CT - ESPN
Doing this more helped open up even more of the run game. Pettis' late game end around had defenders duped for a few moments, as they were too focused on Fields potentially running out of the backfield. https://www.chicagobears.com/video/dante-pettis-collects-29-easy-yards-on-jet-sweep- Week 7 Official Game Loss Thread - CHI @ NE , +8, O/U 39.5, MNF 10/24, 7:15PM CT - ESPN

Think the fumbles was more a result of the mist in the air. One of them hit his own leg while he was running and it popped loose. He has been a bit dangerous with the ball but I don’t think he was necessarily careless tonight. Early in the game Aikman (I think) mentioned that a few weeks back Lamar Jackson ran for 108(?) yards against the Pats. Like Adam said the Bears play-called more runs for Justin tonight. Maybe a result of what they saw against the Ravens?- Week 7 Official Game Loss Thread - CHI @ NE , +8, O/U 39.5, MNF 10/24, 7:15PM CT - ESPN
Lol!!! Aikmans performance tonight is only eclipsed by Collinsworths’ never-ending fellating of Rodgers.- Week 7 Official Game Loss Thread - CHI @ NE , +8, O/U 39.5, MNF 10/24, 7:15PM CT - ESPN
Looks like Schofield is the solution at LG. At least for today.- Week 7 Official Game Loss Thread - CHI @ NE , +8, O/U 39.5, MNF 10/24, 7:15PM CT - ESPN
From your mouth to Halas’ ears. He’s somewhere out there saying, “not tonight Bill”. Aikman pointed out the Bears wore out the left side on that last drive. Seems like a good idea considering Judon has been dominating the opposite side. Good play calling to neutralize his rushing and domination of Borom.- Week 7 Official Game Loss Thread - CHI @ NE , +8, O/U 39.5, MNF 10/24, 7:15PM CT - ESPN
So happy to have Santos as K. His 4 FGs is the difference right now. And I think Pettis should stay as the PR. ??- Week 7 Official Game Loss Thread - CHI @ NE , +8, O/U 39.5, MNF 10/24, 7:15PM CT - ESPN
Someone convince me again how great Jaylon Johnson is? And is getting blown out by a 4th round rookie QB no less. Back to back plays he looks worse than Kyler Gordon.- Week 7 Official Game Loss Thread - CHI @ NE , +8, O/U 39.5, MNF 10/24, 7:15PM CT - ESPN
And Brisker with a pick a few plays later!!!!!! Woohoo!!! Think we found our replacement for Amos’ departure. Lovin it.- Week 7 Official Game Loss Thread - CHI @ NE , +8, O/U 39.5, MNF 10/24, 7:15PM CT - ESPN
Brisker down with a kick to the junk. Ouch.- Week 7 Official Game Loss Thread - CHI @ NE , +8, O/U 39.5, MNF 10/24, 7:15PM CT - ESPN
Haven’t noticed, has Schofield been playing RG?- Week 7 Official Game Loss Thread - CHI @ NE , +8, O/U 39.5, MNF 10/24, 7:15PM CT - ESPN
Really happy to see Harry get in the mix. And FWIW I’m a fan of ESB. Would like to see him get more involved in the offense.- Week 7 Official Game Loss Thread - CHI @ NE , +8, O/U 39.5, MNF 10/24, 7:15PM CT - ESPN
And Patrick literally carted off field. Damn.- Where is the media outrage?
Funny enough I was listening to Stugotz and Lebatard earlier and they were talking about Brian Daboll in the same light. Until he joined Buffalo he was (as they described) a bit of a laughing-stock. But since he was with Buffalo he’s gotten some credit for making Josh Allen what he’s become . And to some level making Daniel Jones look good in NY. The thing with an example like Josh McDaniel is we’ve seen him make a mess of things in Denver before heading back to NE. And in all reality, so far all (or at least most) of Belichick’s coaching tree hasn’t really done much good outside of NE. Anyhow, all that said I’m not completely out on Getsy yet. It’s just interesting that both he and Hackett (in Denver) are struggling away from GB and under the protective umbrella of Rodgers. As I type this the Bears take on a very nice offensive drive with a score to take the lead 10-0. Maybe that mini-bye was a good thing after all? We shall see. - Roster stuff
