  1. That was filthy...πŸ’ͺ
  2. Seriously, y'all watch Harbaugh on an interview. He's chill as all get out in person.
  3. I can't believe we are discussing mannerisms of the HC. Flus has said or done nothing to show he doesn't command respect. I've had demonstrative leaders and quiet leaders. What makes a leader a good leader is someone that understands the objective. Knowing how to accomplish the objective. Making the proper decisions to achieve the objective. Wishy washy doesn't work. None of us knows what happens at Halas Hall and from the looks of it, we never will. I do know that Pat McAfee said that Flus and his leadership style was loved and missed in Indy. Time will tell, but I think Flus gives respect on public and commands respect in private. Poles and Flus have earned my trust.

    What's next?

If I had a vote, it would be EDGE. The defense is one piece away, while the offense could actually be complete if the center position holds up. What the offense lacks is quality depth.
  5. It's all beyond me. The one thing I know, is that our new QB's skill has to be processing. Without that, it's back to square one. I really like where Poles came from, because he learned from the absolute best.
  6. Hugging is the new handshake...
  7. That may be the case, but I didn't see anything on his pro day or interviews to indicate that. What I see in Caleb is a kid that is tired of answering the same questions over and over. He also looks like he's trying to say all the perfect words and it doesn't come naturally. Looking back at every interview with Patrick Mahomes, he just speaks fast and honestly. No uhms, lip biting and stammering. Same with Josh Allen, Lamar, Tua, Baker, etc. Hopefully, he grows out of it. Watch an interview with Drake Maye. That dude knows who he is without thinking about it. So much more likeable to me.
  8. The best I've been able to do in mock drafts is to trade the 9 pick a couple of times. It took me to around 20, but was able to pick up two ends and a 3rd. I was able to draft EDGE, WR, WR and OG. I'm still praying for a miracle trade, but if Williams is the guy to walk on water, maybe it's already answered.
  9. x3. Hiring requirements are usually a piss test in normal life. The least a player could do is provide proof of health. The NFL could also manage the release of info only to those that require it.

  11. I see you...πŸ₯Έ
  12. There's been gaining traction that MHJ is not as twitchy as some believe. If you look at post combine rankings, it shows Malik Nabors as the top receiver. Maybe his camp is saying hold tight for now. Or it's just they simply know he's going to be the first taken and have no reason to work out.
  13. We've seen it day to day and year to year. The media is like the frog waiting to catch the next fly. It seems like no matter what channel you watch or starting you time into, the narrative is the same. They are irresponsibly reporting everything from politics to religion to racial matters every damn day. Why should it be so different when hearing about it Bears? The media, nation wide, has gone from "what the hell did the Bears do to Justin Fields? To, my God, I can't wait for the Caleb Williams era"! I watched ESPN , rolled my eyes and turned the channel. Watched GMFB and ditto. Our my headphones on to ride the stationary bike, ditto! I'm sick of it. That's my rant of the day.
  14. I agree. It was an unprofessional, dick move. Totally classless and uninformed...
  15. You can tell Rodgers is his idol by the way he releases the ball. Good breakdown

    What's next?

I look at it like we told the whole world we are drafting a QB, which makes the pick more valuable. Suitors know that they are really going to have to pony up if they want Caleb. And when we really look at it, how much better is he really? If he's in a league of his own, the point is moot, cause you didn't trade that. If Poles sees it at close and someone calls strongly, we make bank on picks.

Elway did the same thing with the Colts. The reasons for both demands were valid. When Bob Irsay owned the Colts, they were known as a terrible organization. The owner of the chargers had been terrible for a long time as well. A Williams demand wouldn't be close. This team is greatly improved, on paper, and we should've won ten games last year.
  18. I'll honestly be good with Williams, Maye, Daniels, McCarthy or Penix. We're in a good spot...

    What's next?

Agreed, on the gifted part. And I truly believe the kid loves football. I just hope he's not the dubs he's being portrayed to be.

It was the loudest roar of the day. Milton wasn't great on the timing throws, but the bazooka was real. He is the equivalent of the guy that could jump out of the pool. Go back and look at the video of Maye hitting the crossbar of the goal from 80 yards. That has to theoretically travel 85-90 yards. He can also throw with touch and left handed.
  21. The pick is probably Williams, if everything comes out clean.(And I love his tape) Preference is obviously Maye with a trade down.(Just an uneducated feeling)

    What's next?

Maye has the most elite arm in this class. (Josh Allen Jr). He threw a 45 yard TD jumping backwards to get it off. . His weakness is like most gifted guys, lazy footwork.

    What's next?

Just for fun... We all need to remember Joe Namath had the same spirit...
