After watching Ray Lewis "a football life" on NFL network I was thinking he should be brought into Chicago as our defensive quality control coach and groomed to be our future def coordinator. The dude was a stud who played the game the right way and clearly is a leader of men with a passion for excellence.

Damn I love watching the Bears! This is not going to be an easy game. I'd love us to start and finish strong. But, it seems we'll probably do what we've done. Start a little slow and then kick it into gear. We just need to keep Jay upright, continue to attempt to run the ball w/ Forte, apply pressure on their OL, and prevent the big play. Let's go Bears!

Willie Young is tied for second with three sacks so far. Conte and Fuller are tied for first with two ints each Cutler is tied for second with 6 TD passes with P.Manning

Football Outsiders ratings (after Week 2): Obviously with a road win against a great team, we got a huge boost from last week. An interesting note is that due to Buffalo's win, they are now considered a stronger team making our Week 1 loss not look so bad. We improved 17.6% and now have a 49.1% to make the playoffs, which ends up being one of the Wild Cards. Willie Young is out playing both Jared Allen and Lamar Houston so with Ratliff being hurt He should be the answer at DE and Houston should go inside as well as Sutton getting more plays he was decent as well.

Shoulder strain.

Just a total bummer. Urlacher had the better peak in the recent Bears era but Tillman was my favorite Bear of the last 10+ years and one of my favorite Bears all time. He was both a stud on the football field and a person who did a lot of good off the football field. For his season and potentially career to end this way stinks but I want to thank him for all of the fantastic memories and the fact that he represented our franchise so proudly both on and off the field. Thank you Peanut and Get Better!!!

What a beast

Does Briggs look really fat and out of shape???? He looks totally different in pads this year. I would think with this being his last year in contract he would have shown up in the best shape possible.
