Peanut and Jennings are really making a strong case. They have won back-to-back DPOM awards, Peanut leads the league in Defensive TDs (2) and FFum (7), and Jennings leads the league in INT (6) and PD (15).

The Bears win 10 games. The Bears lose in the NFC title game in Lambeau. McClellin has 8 sacks. Peppers had 13 sacks, combined with a few FF's, FR's, and an INT or two and wins DPOY. Cutler has 30+ TD's and less than 15 INT's and plays all 16 games. He only will get sacked 28 times. Conte has 7 INT's. Evan Rodriguez is a starter by week 17. Marshall leads Bears' WR's in catches and yards. Bennett is second in both categories. Jeffery leads all WR's on the Bears in TD's. Urlacher doesn't play until week 7 (week after the bye).

I'm going 0-16. Marshall is a woman beater, Cutler is a pussy, all of their FA's are either back-ups or ST players, their draft is already the worst ever, and Lovie is a douche. Oh, and Emery looks like a librarian. If they bring Ditka back, I'll immediately switch that prediction to 15-1. /endsarcasm

Gents, I know we all feel this team has underachieved, but we can finish 10-6 and make the playoffs. Unless you are New England, that's a good thing! We are getting some guys back on O and D, so maybe we can make a run if the stars align. I've seen more improbable teams make it to the SuperBowl. Why not us? Time to Bear Down! With the news that stud LSU P Brad Wing is going pro, would he or any other college or FA punter interest you? Podlesh was 21st in average last year and is 30th this year. While he was 6th in net last year, he's 19th this year. He's due a bit over a million every year until 2016.

For the Oline specialists out there what are your thoughts on James Brown? In his first couple games he was getting pushed around a lot, he still needs to improve his strength IMO. Lately he seems to settling into the role at LG and I thought he played ok today. Cutler had a lot of time to throw throughout the game and as someone who has watched more Cards games than most they do have a good pass rush. We still can't open holes inside for the running game but did seal the edge a few times for some nice gains. Is there potential for this guy to be on the roster next year? Better than Spencer/EWilliams at LG?

A win keeps slim playoff hopes alive, a loss basically eliminates the team from the post season.

This is in regards to next year. What would you guys like to see based on the possible outcomes to this season. I know some of you have said that you would take a wait and see approach. So here are the options. Please explain your votes and "other" choices. The only way I believe the Bears should retain Lovie and Co. is if we get hot and win the last 2 and at least the Wild Card game. The Wild Card game will more than likely be against Green Bay, which to me would make up for some of the follies this season. I would still want some changes (Tice, etc), but this would at least show me that they were capable of winning some big games. If we miss the playof…
