Nearly every measurable shows the Bears as having one of the worst OLs in the NFL. Pro Football Focus does individual and unit measurements, showing the Bears as the worst. Their Pass Block Efficiency shows that Garza wasn't as great at Center as some would believe. It should come as no surprise that Webb is one of the worst OTs, which I guess is a step up from begin the absolute worst RT in 2010 (Pssst, Omiyale was one of the worst LTs that year). First , I like to say kudos to Lemonej and LT2 3 for your damn good points of views on Angelo stats etc. I still think we can make the playoffs and do well with the help of a healthy forte at seasons end and Jay hopefully back for the playoffs (koolaid). But after this season what is the plan for next season and there after ? Let's start with the Angelo rumors of retiring which I think are not true. I'm still undecided. I love Britt but Nicks is impressive and could allow us to go E. Brown in the 1st, but Bey is long but still a bit bulky with nice hands.

Everyone is saying that the clock didn't start running until after Matt Ryan threw the ball. The comcast guys are saying the clock didn't show up on the last play either. Something smells fishy.

A story from Justin Fields rookie year came out over the weekend. Andy Dalton was working the white board, trying to help Justin with the offense and looked up and Justin was fixated on his phone. Evidently Dalton and Foles let him have it, telling him he was on his own. ESPN 1000 I didn't want to start a jump on Justin thread. Thought it was interesting though.

With two games down, the Bears future needs may have shifted a little. Brandon McGowan once again went down and the Bears must plan to go on with out him, so finding another S has shifted up on the Bears big board. As the world knows, the Bears also need to find a QB that won't just be counted on to be a game manager, but can be relied upon to give them a chance to win a game also. The Bears also need to continue rebuilding the OL and should look at Tampa/Carolina as a model. Ok off the top of my head these are some things the stuck in my mind. 1. I thought in general Jay had another good game. he had a few bad throws and another boneheaded pick but all in all better overall decision making. 2. I thought the protection was decent for the most part 3. Web is killing us with penalties whether it's holding or some kind of illegal hands to the face. Penalties are still an issue with the line. and this needs to be cleaned up. 4. we won 16-0 but I got tired of watching us settle for FG.
