I am all for getting all of our players who have yet to have a chance to prove themselves a chance to see what they can contribute. We have many players used very sparingly or not at all that we need to evaluate, not just Orton, but Beekman, Haas, Wolfe, Bradley, etc.... Let's face it, we need to shuffle the deck before next season, might as well see what cards we have that we want to hold onto before we start shopping around and getting ready for the draft.

Fantastic News, Congratulations!! That is the 2nd new Bear Fan for the forum this month!! Bowlingtwig also (with help of his wife, lol) brought in a new boy this month!! Congrats to both of you!!

Could be a good signing. You never know. Rusty can wo9rk with this guy and Lovie & Babich are both familiar with him so maybe he can return to his original status coming out of college as an elite DT. Sure like the fact that the Bears are looking for options already to improve for next season!
