Keeping would be just like Jauron keeping Shoop.

    i really hope that's true.
  3. i voted for all of them since I could select all of them. maybe we could do some frankenstien stuff and create one! LOL
  4. If Orton could actually learn some touch on his passes, he might not be too bad. He moved well in the pocket but he was horribly inaccurate at times and left points on the field with bad throws.
  5. I thought he has played well enough to keep the job. A little rusty but made a couple good plays. he seems to move in the pocket well and he does have one hell of an arm. Too bad hester couldnt have made that catch on 3rd and 1 or he would have scored.
  6. You know that if they do that and is successful, Turner will not call for it again. lol.
  7. true....but still funny.

bitching about who's better between Rex and Griese is akin to a tallest midget contest. in the end, they both still come up short.
  9. If resigning Rex means Turner is still here, I'll pack Rex's bags for him.
  10. my thoughts exactly
  11. "I have had an open-door policy toward parenting," she said. "Lance has apparently had an open-pants policy toward paternity." LMAO

LOL. thanks. that's pretty much my point. With a gimpy Rex, a team will just be pinning back and trying to play bury the QB.

that's the thing.....can he plant? can he step up? he has zero mobility to begin with and gets sacked more than a bunch of potatos. A 1 legged Rex would be on his back more than Paris Hilton. Just let him get healthy and not hurt himself any more. Watch, he comes back to play the last game and blows out that knee cause he's not 100%. just my too scents.

Just cause he's the Bears top offensive weapon, doesnt mean he's a franchise WR. I seriously doubts he gets anything even close to what the franchise tag for a WR is annually..

So play an gimpy Rex? might as well just punt on 1st down every time.
  16. Iguana replied to BearSox's topic in Bearstalk
    Indeed.

Does anyone else think that's retarded? what's the point of having him on the active roster and not IRed? there's 3 weeks left and his injury was a 3 to 4 week injury. what would be the point in letting him rehab for the final game if he's able to go? just let Orton finish the year.
  18. His name has also been brought up in HC college jobs.
  19. I like it just fine.
  20. Iguana replied to butkusrules's topic in Bearstalk
I might be on board with that!
  21. A retarded monkey could do just as good.
  22. LOL. that's what I was trying to get at.
  23. He could very well get more than what a far more unproven QB in Schaub got from the Texans.
  24. I've seen rumblings that his stock has shot up so much that he could go in the 2nd round. I would love to get this guy though. From what I've read, he has almost everything you want in a QB.....size...arm....pocket awareness.....leadership....
  25. Petrino's a punk bitch and I hope he fails miserably for his classes way he handled this. But good for Samuri.
