We have another issue once Montgomery returns. Herbert in my eyes has earned the opportunity to split carries or at least close to it. When watching Herbert run, I see something special.

That's the hard pill to swallow. We want the Bears to compete now but they are in the process of rebuilding too. Starting a rookie QB, they retooled the oline with two new OTs (injury delayed), cut their star CB to go with youth. Next offseason will be another wave of losses I assume with a few more vets like ARobinson, Graham, Hicks, Trevathan, and Gibson. Next season will be similar but hopefully Fields is improved.

I wanted Nelson, then McGlinchy, but had no beef with Roquan. I feel ILB are like RB and a decent one drafted later can become great with a right supporting cast. But Roquan had the greatness protégé like Walter or Barry and those don't come around every year.

If both come back and get to play some, it would be huge. The gametime experience helps them develop quicker. Sure would be nice to have bookend OTs some day. Use the draft to find a WR and bolster the D especially DBs.

If Nagy ever tries to take play calling back, he should be fired. Lazor may not be a "great", but he puts together a game the players can execute.

I always tailgated next to the stadium but that was a pricey addition. I will miss the city/lakefront atmosphere since it is actually closer/faster for me to get there than Arlington, but hope this means a better experience and possibly retractable roof if they are smart.
