Knock Flus all you want as a head coach but going from worst run defense last year to top in the league is a huge turnabout. Poles gets kudos for adding more bodies to get where we are at. We are seeing more pressure on the QB and now the TOs are starting to pop. We are another 3T and edge away from a dominate defense. Jackson isnt even playing well, color him gone. Getting a new FS will be a key this offseason.

The way the D is playing, they are going to win some more games. If the coaches can get their shit together we could win out but with these coaches, we could lose out is more likely.

Another thing you have to consider with the coaching, we lead the league in penalties. That's never good on a resume.

Like Adam stated, we are getting better and those 2 games we gave away would have turned out wins, we would be in a wildcard hunt. Minnesota has been playing well lately and we hung in there with them in their house and won. Yes it was ugly but we still won. Now Fields is 1-1 on his report card.
