OK, by my math, we're about 24 hours from the Bears pick - so who will it be? I saw either Kevin White or Danny Shelton and will ultimately guess Shelton, because I think White will be gone. The Bears would love to trade down just a couple spots, but no farther than the Browns at #12 (Rams would be ideal) and get an extra pick. If the Browns trade up to #2, maybe the Bears would be OK trading back farther, but I think the Browns would take Shelton if the Bears didn't. As it stands, the Rams only have six picks and probably don't want to lose more and after that is the Vikings, and I doubt the Bears want to help them go up and get someone they like. i'll go ahead and come out and say I want McNabb in the offseason. We can draft a qb in the 4th or 5th round. With the first pick, we have to get a skilled player, if that's wr or rb, but not a qb. I find it interesting that there are those of us who are thrilled with the draft no matter what we do, and those who hate it no matter what we do. Our o-line, WR's, D-line, D-backfield, and running-back situtation are all significantly better. It's perplexing why we made a statement in not drafting a QB, but I'm sure we had our reasons. Adam must be busy, or still passed out after celebrating a Bears victory, so let's get it rollin'. The Chargers D leaves a lot to be desired. So does their HC Brandon Staley who makes more questionable calls in a game than any HC I can remember. Maybe I only see his bad games. My biggest concern is with Darnell Wright and that bum shoulder. Going against Maxx Crosby with one arm is not good but he's more finesse than strength.
