Just read an article today in The SunTimes that stated that Randy Gregory admitted to failing a drug test for marijuana at the Combine and failed 2 drugt test at Nebraska. With his weight already being an issue in terms of being light,I could see this dropping his stock tremendously.

My take on Cutler is how do you fix bad decision making? How do you make him consistent? How do you get him at this stage of his career when he should have seen almost any look a defense can give to recognize it? Frankly I believe he is what he is and the best way to limit his mistakes is to get the ball out of his hands quickly via handoff or WCO type passes which he has excelled at in the past.

He clearly said he didn't want to be involved in personnel matters unless charcter is involved and he sounded like he told McDonald that one false move and your gone but worded it as if you want to remain a Bear you need to do exyz or else. If that is how George signed off on it then I like that approach. In other words prove you're motivated to change.

Jeffrey and his weight were an issue when he was at South Carolina and the problem could be resurfacing but wasn't Jeffrey battling some injuries all year? Besides how would a new head coach know what a player on his new team's optimum weight should be? This clearly sounds like motivation since Jeffrey is in a contract year.

I was under the impression that Fangio likes to disguise his looks and if so why would he put players on the field that would limit his options. So a team that plays a 4 Wr set is looking at all these LBs and licking there chops because someone is going to have a mismatch. Just posting this leans me more to drafting a CB to matchup with teams that are going to try and neutralize this defense with 3WRs a TE and 1 RB. BTW I didn't see Jenkins figured in the starting mix and that is a possiblity since he is similar to McDonald in terms of being good against the run and occupying blockers.

Gak you know what I'm saying. I've always hated OJ and believe he is where he deserves to be.His comments about Walter Payton in his weak display in the Monday Night booth convinced me he was a tool. First of all look up the facts of each incident before you react. 1 was a DUI, ! was a domestic abuse case that no charges were filed and 1 is a sexual asault case that no charges have been filed and he is suing his accuser. If you don't like the signing I'm fine with that but base it on the true facts not your own interpretation of the facts.

Listening to Bill Polian today on ESPN,who knows a thing or two about drafting for a 3-4 scheme he said that he felt the Bears would bring a veteran in on every level of the defense that knows the scheme and will help with the transition. He was spot on and this was before the signing of Foster. This is clearly looking like they are adding depth and competition in the front 7 and still need help in the secondary at corner. Although a few mocks are starting to project Cooper to the Bears and I would love that but, selecting Waynes would be a long term move for the defense. At 7 he may be the BPA that the Bears do need also.
