With me being a negative guy when it comes to sports, let me ask this. Who is your most hated Bears player of all time? I was always under the assumption that no person could make me more pissed off at life than RW McQuartes, but since he wasnt totally horrible in coverage, I have to say Danneal Manning. Who is your most loved Bears player of all time? Without even thinking twice, Neal Anderson.

This is a road game the Bears need to win.

OK, by my math, we're about 24 hours from the Bears pick - so who will it be? I saw either Kevin White or Danny Shelton and will ultimately guess Shelton, because I think White will be gone. The Bears would love to trade down just a couple spots, but no farther than the Browns at #12 (Rams would be ideal) and get an extra pick. If the Browns trade up to #2, maybe the Bears would be OK trading back farther, but I think the Browns would take Shelton if the Bears didn't. Chicago Tribune According to the article it was a scope and the plan currently is that he will be ready for Indy. Even if his timetable is 3 weeks to return, I can't imagine putting him out there after he has been sitting for 4 weeks. I bet he returns for week 3.

Here it is, in a nutshell. Pace made Andy Dalton sound like the next Tom Brady and Nagy will resume play calling duties because Dalton is good enough to run the plays that are called from his back.

Looks like the Bears will come in at 6.5 underdogs to the 1-5 Ravens. The LBs and Gordon are going to have to spy Jackson and stop Henry. This will be a tough one, but Baltimore's defense has been bad and that won't change much out of their bye. If the refs call this game fair (unlikely), I could see the Bears winning this in a close game. However, the refs have shown they don't call games fairly, so I am thinking this will be close loss, both teams in the mid-20s.

A year ago, perhaps two, there was a thread where someone proposed trading Hester. I think it was after his second season when he was about to set all sorts of records on KR/PR. At the time I was against it because I figured he was a marquee player and if the WR experiment didn't work out he'd at least be an elite PR/KR. Two years later I'm throwing that out the window. I see a team in need of a lot of rebuilding, not a total rebuild but definitely in need of some cornerstone players.
